A dream stay from start to finish! Our time in this beautiful villa was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a wonderful private swimming pool that we enjoyed every day. As the icing on the cake, we even got a motorbike - ideal for exploring the area! What made this stay really special was the personal attention of our host, Tanya. She was very friendly, clear in her communication and really thought along with us. Because we were traveling with our baby, she had even provided a tub so we could shower him easily - so thoughtful! Thanks to Tanya, we felt immediately at ease and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. We will definitely come back here again. Absolutely recommended!

First of all, I would like to say that Pavel is a communicable host who always stayed in touch and even helped with delivery of medicine to his address. As for the place and location, its all good: 5 minutes on bike to the beaches and all the "actions". Supermarket and several cool restaurants are a minute's walk away, one of which is an authentic italian one with excellent wine and pizza. The house is located on a hill, from which you can see the Kata area and watch a beautiful sunsets. The house itself is not big, but it has two working tables and everything you need. Yes, this is not a five-star villa near sea, but considering the price, this is a VERY good offer in this area for peak season. We were there for a 1.5 month and in general we can recommend this place if you do not need luxury and you spend a lot of time exploring the island or the sea. Everything was fine, thanks Pavel!

Our place was wonderful. It was very central to many other restaurants and very close to the beach (2min walk). The host even gave some snacks upon arrival that were delicious. It was overall a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

The property is even more charming and spacious in real life than it appears in the pictures.The villa is located in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood , perfect for a quiet, refreshing getaway.The pool was one of our favourite features - clean, well-maintained and large enough. This was my parents’ first time staying at an Airbnb and they absolutely loved it. The space, the comfort, and the overall vibe made them feel right at home. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host, Marine, who was truly wonderful. She made sure everything was taken care of and went out of her way to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Her warmth and attentiveness really stood out. Overall, the property has such a lovely energy, it’s cozy, stylish, and has the perfect vacation vibe. Where on Airbnb do you give 6 stars? Everything about Sandra’s place is world class. There simply isn’t a detail they missed and so many small touches from the pre-arrival comms to the warm welcome note and bubbles to the comfy hotel grade beds and linen. The kids never got out of the pool and we really didn’t want to leave. It was the PERFECT start to our holiday. We’d love to come back!

Great place and everything as described, great recommendations. Highly recommend you have a scooter as you do have every at walking distance but better with a transport for the best spots.

I had a lovely stay here! The view is beautiful and the pool is a great touch. I booked at 9am and was lucky enough to do an early check in and I had a super flexible check out which made my day less stressful. So far this has been the best host I’ve had in my weeks here in Thailand. I will definitely be returning!

Villa meets expectations. Removed somewhat from the city, we were able to discover several very local restaurants. 7/11 and Lotus within walking distance or scooter. However, the villa is in a neighborhood with a mosque nearby. Prayer is heard at different times and alcohol is not available everywhere in shops or restaurants. The stay was really great. The villa is new, very clean and the quality of the services is up to the non-excessive price. Complex secured by the security staff who was very nice. Bua's team is responsive to questions and different requests. Transportation has been arranged to pick us up from the airport to the villa. I recommend the villa 👌🏼

Great location, 10 minutes drive from Nai Harn Beach, and there are plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Great vila, modern amenities. Great management team and very responsive, special shout out to Eve who we engaged with throughout the stay.

We spent a month at Mai and Kurt's great place. The whole apartment is simply fantastic: paradise on earth, it can't be nicer. The open concept and fantastic views are unique. We loved every moment. Kurt was accessible at all times and spoiled us with fine delicacies as a welcome. He's a great host all around. Thank you for this unforgettable time.
