It includes a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe; a large living room consisting of a TV area, a dining area and a bunk bed; a well-equipped kitchen; a bathroom with water heater; a toilet; a terrace and a garage for a small car (otherwise you will have access to an indoor parking). You can also have access to our garden which is equipped with two swings. Wifi is available at any time, as well as the TV with the sat channel and local channels. A cleaning lady is available for cleaning (free), laundry and ironing (extra charge). The neighborhood is quiet and secure with lighting in the evening. Nearby you can find a supermarket, a bakery, a hairdresser, a gym, a pharmacy, banks and many other shops useful for everyday life. Two bus stops and a taxi rank are on either side of the property, a 2-minute walk away.
