We had a wonderful month at Villa Irene in Piedralaves, a charming village in the most beautiful countryside. The house is as in the pictures with a garden and a large terrace with view of the mountains. The location is perfect on the edge of the village and on the track for some beautiful walks. Juan Luis, Maria Jesus and Irene are the perfect hosts, at all times ensuring we had everything we needed, staying in touch and sharing their enthusiasm and love of the area. We really appreciated their kindness and generosity, we hope to return soon.

The house is great and Elena is very kind in everything. It was a great weekend with the family and the children really enjoyed the house "castle" as they called it. 100% recommended

My stay was very short, but this accommodation and its hostess deserve a longer stay to enjoy local routes within the Sierra de Gredos.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in the hills. The place was just as described, very modern, fabulous views, we spent many afternoons at the pool but we also walked up to the station and visited El Escorial and Avila. We had a couple of minor issues and Venessa couldn't have been more helpful. This is the ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Feliz was super friendly. There was super clear communication at all times and was very adaptable with check-in. The kitchen was clean and nicely equipped. The underfloor was very nice. The distribution of the bathrooms is a little fair for 10 people, since there is a toilet in the living room and two bathrooms with showers inside the two rooms of the house, although enough for a group with confidence. Highly recommended

We spent a wonderful weekend with a friend, the accommodation is a joy, nice, well cared for and with all the possible amenities... We will certainly return.

The house and grounds are spectacular, an ideal place to relax and disconnect from the city, the rooms and rooms are impeccable with very good taste and with all the amenities for cooking and spending a few days. Perfect house for a weekend of disconnection. Located 5 minutes walk from the main square of the village, but on a street where it is quite isolated so you can enjoy total tranquility. With spectacular views of the Gredos surroundings. The house is as it appears in the photos, very functional, with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and one upstairs that is accessed by stairs, which are a little steep. Ideal for two families with children, or groups of friends, you can enjoy a barbecue and the pool to cool off, a perfect plan! Rodrigo was attentive to everything and answered our requests and questions quickly and kindly. A home to return to.

We went 5 couples (10 people) to spend a weekend and had a great time. In principle we were going to be 12 but two have not been able to go and I think that, -if nice space there was and had been entered-, for 10 people the house is fine, maybe the 12 would have been a tighter pelín. The house is very nice in a very natural environment, quiet and with privacy. Although the weather didn't accompany us a lot, we enjoyed the gallery, the fireplace and the house itself. The beds were comfortable, the beautiful views. The only thing we suggested to Javier is that the fridge takes a little bit to cool well (when you regulate it), and that we have run out of hot water when we took the shower several. We think in the summer with the pool it would be a total enjoyment. ¡I'm sure we'll be back!

We spent a few days 3 families with 4 children including a baby and had a very comfortable stay. The house is spacious and better than what you see in the photos. Dámaso and Begoña were very friendly and communication always smooth with recommendations of activities and places to order food. Thank you very much!!

It's been a fantastic getaway! They have helped us at all times and the house is a wonderful place in a spectacular setting!

We were 6 friends and had a very pleasant weekend. The house was clean, good location and a very quiet place by the river. Ana María was a perfect host in terms of communication before arrival and when we arrived, she explained everything in detail. Just to mention that you can't barbecue in the summer to protect the environment, but there's a grill that we could use. We will definitely repeat, we felt at home!

This place is a paradise Luxury qualities, the environment next to the stream and the common areas so well cared for both inside and outside. The rooms are very comfortable. You can't hear a noise that isn't from nature. It is very warm with the heater and its fireplace, in addition to having enough firewood. Maria recommended several places where we could go to eat with our dog in nearby villages and it was a success. It is a perfect place for those who want to rest in the middle of nature and have certain amenities that are not usually found in all rural accommodations. The level of detail and the care with which the accommodation is restored is wonderful. We'll be back for sure

Another wonderful stay (3rd year ). Everything you need with some improvements …. New barbecue area. Pool always clean and a perfect size. All very private. Ten minute walk to the town and we find new places every time! Ismael very helpful and responds to messages very quickly. We look forward to returning again next year.

We felt very comfortable at the campsite, the place feels super cozy, everything is also very well thought out, with its fan, microwave, refrigerator, lights for the night because otherwise you can't see anything, and also the bathroom is very nice, Antonio was very kind to us, he explained everything and was attentive to our questions, it is an experience that I would recommend and repeat without a doubt!

The cabin spot is ideal to disconnect for a few days, there is no wifi and there is little coverage. There are plenty of routes close to the cabin. Just like Josefa told me it's a magical place. The cabin is very cozy and warm and has everything we need. The only bad thing is the bathroom that is too small. The upper part where you sleep is abuhardillada, you have to be careful, and the beds are all together, so if you go with more people or children you fall asleep all together in the same space. It is worth spending a few days at the cabin. I thought it was ideal for a getaway with your partner. And both Josefa and Jimmy have been very helpful with us.

The courtyard is beautiful, a real wonder, the pool is perfect for relaxing and taking a dip, the barbecue is clean with everything you need at hand to make one whenever we want, the area is very quiet and it is not difficult to find the house. There were 4 of us and a puppy, who enjoyed the patio more than we did, with its kennel and bowls for water. Anyway, we were very comfortable, we had Toledo pastries for breakfast, and coffee! Anyway, I highly recommend the stay!

We spent 3 nights at Juan Manuel and Estafania's place and we were great!!Everything is perfect in the house and the exteriors are wonderful!!The terrace is spectacular even if it was a little cold the days we were able to go out and enjoy it!!Good temperature in the house despite the cold it was outside. Absolute cleaning when we arrive, very comfortable beds, parking at the door,bbq,towels too good, high chair, crib....everything perfect!!We'll spend a few days alli again if possible!!Thank you for your attention(Juan Manuel y Estefania)Recommended 200%!!

Elena's welcome was exceptional, she had the thoughtfulness to leave us decorations for my birthday celebration and a couple of ice packs. The house has a view that is much more than beautiful, all the photos of the house and the descriptions matched reality There is plenty of room to park and not disturb the neighbors. It was a real pleasure to have been able to enjoy this house, we will definitely return.

The house and setting are spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and its bar as well as the house with its terrace and garden. Ideal place to enjoy with family and/or friends!!

i stayed at the property for 3 months. it is well equipped for longer stays and communication with Carlos was perfect. He responds to questions very quickly and is very helpful. All in all a top accommodation
