Stayed here recently and honestly, it was one of the chillest spots I’ve been to. The place has a proper cozy vibe. The interiors are clean and minimal, with nice marble flooring and a spiral staircase that gives it a cool look. Dining space is small but comfy enough for a group. The rooftop is where it really hits different. We did a BBQ session there — grilled some fish over charcoal, proper smoky, proper desi style. The setup isn’t fancy but it works perfectly if you're with the right people. That raw rooftop feel with a bit of smoke, rain in the background — can't beat that. Also, the view from the top is just green hills all around. Woke up, had chai sitting on those white chairs outside — peaceful AF. Rains had just hit, so everything smelled fresh and the wooden deck looked slick. Only small thing — bring your own stuff for grilling and maybe some mosquito spray at night. We really loved our stay at Harmeeta’s apartment. Everything was well taken care of right from check in till check out. When Harmeeta said she is just a call or text away she really meant it, which was so impressive. We had face some wifi issues and contacted the host re the same. The ticket was raised immediately with the service provider and was fixed within minutes. The apartment is extremely beautiful and so clean. Indeed we felt like home away from home over here. The host is approachable and so kind. The caretakers deserves a separate appreciation for taking care of us and being so friendly and always welcoming and considering our needs. Special thanks to Chinmay and the other staff. Highly highly recommend considering this place to stay in for your next Goa trip. Worth every penny!! Cant thank you enough Harmeeta. All the best. Its a flat at 7th floor overlooking the sea. Views at both night and day from balcony is awesome. There is no kitchen but utensils, plates and refrigerator were provided. The staff was really friendly and communicated properly.

The Stay is just Amazing would definitely prefer to stay at Dev's place whenever I visit. Also would definitely recommend to friends and family. If any issues Dev is just a call away he will definitely solve our problems. Overall Great experience at his Place.

Recommended for the travellers who wish to explore north and south Goa, with cruise experience at Panjim. Place as described. Elite and luxury interious. Building looks pretty old from outside, but rest as shown in pictures and described. This property is on the first floor. Car park available, ideal for 5-6 people. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Panjim. The location is perfect , central, safe, and very well-connected to all major spots. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It had all the essentials and felt very homely. I had an amazing at Aditya’s apartment! The apartment was exactly as described—modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. The design was sleek and stylish, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel truly luxurious. The bedroom was quite spacious, with plenty of storage. The view from the balcony was also a highlight—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the surroundings. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the high-speed Wi-Fi made it easy to work remotely when needed. The stay at Gulmohar was awesome. The room was very nice, bedsheets and towels were absolutely clean and the caretaker was very helpful. The sea view from the balcony is worth it. Would love to come back and stay here. This place is recommended for a peaceful, comfortable and memorable stay.

We stayed at SunMaya for 4 days and it genuinely felt like a home away from home — safe, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. We visited during the monsoons, and the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy the weather. The living room and bedroom are both spacious and easily accommodate 3 people. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with modern fixtures that added to the overall comfort The kitchen is well-equipped, which we appreciated, but the only drawback was the presence of Ants, which did affect the experience a bit. It’s something that could be looked into to make the stay even better 🤗 Meenu was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to return soon ❤️ Thank you for a lovely stay!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us
