We’ve really enjoyed celebrating our special day here. Overall, the ambiance and scenery are great. We’ve had a very comfortable stay. The charges for extension is very affordable. Just few suggestions: * provide comforter * Change the battery of the TV’s remote control * Add coffee mugs (tea mugs are very much small) We’ll definitely go back here. Maganda and peaceful ang location ng room. Pet friendly and perfect sa mga gusto mag unwind and relax, away from the road noises. Ang ganda ng view mas lalo sa umaga. Also, maganda and malinis rin ang interior. Sobrang convenient rin ng parking space sa lahat ng magbooked here coz sa loob siya, hindi hassle mas lalo pag umuulan. We will definitely book again! Very accommodating rin ang caretaker.😊

Our quick decision to extend our trip to Tagaytay after a stay in Liliw turned out to be a fantastic one, thanks to Bethel Home Rentals at Hotel Casiana! Booking was smooth and stress-free, which was a welcome change after some hiccups at our previous accommodation. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. While we didn't have the chance to fully utilize the available cookware, it was a nice amenity to know was there. The bathroom was also good sized. The pool was true to the listing, wonderfully heated. We enjoyed a relaxing dip in the evening without having to brave the Tagaytay chill. We also appreciated the straightforward pool rules – no unnecessary hoops to jump through, just common sense. Overall, Bethel Home Rentals, was a breath of fresh air. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and easy overnight stay.

I requested for an earlier check-in and I'm glad she allowed me to do so ++ I forgot my charger after check out but she was kind enough to accommodate me and make sure I got it back. Thank you! We had a wonderful stay! Ate Bituin was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She was always ready to assist with anything we needed and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Huge thanks as well to Sir Dino for allowing us to check out a little late—it really helped us a lot and was very much appreciated. The location was perfect—very close to popular spots, making it easy for us to explore the area. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Taal right from our room. Waking up to that view was truly unforgettable. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to come back.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed the stay, the place was accessible to all tourist spots at Tagaytay. They have allocated free parking at premises if you bring a vehicle. The hosts and caretakers were very accommodating. The place is also pet friendly and they have their own little dog so your pet will feel welcomed. Will book here again and bring my pets with me if I will make a trip/vacation at Tagaytay 👍👍👍

We had a really great stay here as my birthday celebration. Ms. Jackie promptly answers all my queries, even accommodated my initial request of early check in/out. Ate Jhen was very polite and accommodating too during check in/out. The place is quiet small specially the balcony where we hang out for a while because the view is nice, overall it is good for couples. Some cons: the slow internet connection/signal itself within Wind Residences, it would be much better i think if lined yung internet. Also, the bathroom does not have exhaust or window so sometimes iniiwan lang namin open yung bathroom door para hindi makulob yung smell or init from heater inside. Overall, it was a lovely stay! We enjoyed our stay at this place! It was a nice hideaway, clean and comfortable. During our visit, Ms. Teresa and Ms. Louise made sure we had everything we needed, which was really helpful. It was simple to whipped meals coz the kitchen was fully furnished with all the necessary cooking items. Also the location is fantastic, with restaurants nearby, Robinson Mall, also Skyranch is walkable. The beautiful view of the Taal Volcano was one of the highlights ❤️ it was simply amazing! Anybody searching for a cozy stay surrounded by stunning view should definitely check out this place!

Everything went really well during our stay. The place had a nice ambience and felt very private, which we really appreciated. We were able to use the pool by ourselves with no other guests around, which made it even more relaxing. The room had all the amenities we needed, plus some games which were a fun touch. Really good value for money. The only issue was that it took more than 12 hours to get a reply to one of our messages and we had to follow up, so that part could be improved. Other than that, everything was smooth and we had a great time.

Stayed for 2 nights. Loved our stay. It had everything that we needed. Space was big enough, cozy and loved that there were so many movie apps to choose from. I only wish they had a tv in the room too . The receptionist was friendly, the host was responsive. Place was safe and quiet. I appreciate that it’s not a high building. Really nice to just stay a few days and rest with the weather so hot in Manila. Thanks Yen.
