In a Falu-red timber cabin on a farm, you will have the opportunity to experience the best Dalarna has to offer. In the heart of Siljansnäs, you will find this small farmhouse with rooming three people. The cottage was renovated in 2023, the bathroom in 2018. Within walking distance, there is a kiosk and grocery store, and a little further up in the village, there is a café, hotel and mini golf. 200 meters from the front door is Byrviken, an excellent swimming area. Within 20 minutes' drive, there is also Tegera Arena, Granberget ski slope and cross-country skiing.

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

The house is located in central Tällberg overlooking Siljan with proximity to restaurants, train station, beautiful hiking trails and wide cultural offerings. A number of spa facilities, gym and bath in Siljan are only minutes from the house. The house is newly built and is top quality. The property is 10 minutes away from Leksand, Rättvik, Sommarland and the golf course. Dalhalla takes about 20 minutes. To Tällberg train station you walk in 10-15 minutes. From Stockholm you go by train for about 3.15 hours.

Stugan ligger på vår egen tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.
