Dear Arie, I just wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at your villa. The place was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably clean, everything we hoped for and more. A special thank you to Kak Yuni and her team for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly accommodating and available from 8am-6pm, always making sure that we had everything we needed. Their efficiency and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. I also want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the in-house driver, Ketut. He was incredible, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our trip more comfortable. Ketut introduced us to local foods that we truly enjoyed, and his warm personality made the experience even more memorable. Thank you once again for providing such a wonderful place and team. We will certainly remember our time here fondly and look forward to returning in the future!

Very nice and cozy suitable for three

Lovely house overlooking a rice terrace and small private garden including a koi pond and Bali hut. Each bedroom had its own large bathroom and are separated by a full kitchen where Putu cooked us delicious breakfast each morning. It’s short walk down the beach, and you can walk to Balian Beach at low tide. Wayan can also organise a scooter for you to hire. Backs onto the main road so unfortunately a little noisy with traffic, but otherwise we loved staying there.

My family of 4 with 2 young kids stayed for two full months and Dewa and the whole staff treated us like family. On several occasions Dewa went way out of his way to help us and made sure we had everything we needed to have the best stay. We rented a fence to go around the pool to make it safer for the kids cost around $100 cad/month. Dewa set us up with scooter rentals and they were there ready on our arrival. The cleaning ladies were so sweet with my kids and not having to clean was a highlight of my trip. They also provided all the drinking water. The area has one nice restaurant within about 5 min walk through the rice fields and another 10 mins along the busy road. Was very happy over all and would recommend.

This is a great place to stay. As a family, the two bedrooms are on different levels and only communicate from the outside.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It’s perfectly located close to the center, yet peaceful and away from all the city noise. A couple of lovely cafés are just a short walk away. The house itself has a warm, welcoming vibe and is beautifully decorated with local art, everything feels carefully chosen and full of character. It truly felt like home. One of our favorite spots was the back terrace by the pool. We spent hours there, either chatting or simply watching dragonflies dance above the koi fish pond. It’s the kind of place that helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Wow and Wow, This was absolutely one of the best places On Airbnb I have ever stayed. David was on point for everything we needed, he went above and beyond we were so thankful for David's help. I would recommend this place 10x times over. The pictures do not give it justice, it looks better in person. I will definitely stay here again if ever in Bali.

Besides having the absolute best and most comfortable bed out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the place is so cute and cozy. The out door layout of the kitchen/patio makes the place feel really big. Walkable location to downtown Ubud, overall the place is perfect for long and short term stays. The hosts are also so kind and responsive, they brought me fresh fruit twice which was completely unexpected and appreciated . I would be back in a heart beat.

This villa was beautiful and clean. The staff was so lovely. We stayed in this villa with our two young girls and the yard and pool was perfect. Very kid friendly.

This bright, modern apartment was built in 2020. In a super good location in Seminyak, it’s still quite quiet but also within walking distance to many things. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Wow! We slept like dead people, also because of the blackout curtains. Nice work! Shower was also great. Huge TV, huge bathtub outside with jets (although not enough hot water to fill it). Very friendly and responsive staff. Gym right below the unit, which is a nice touch. The one weird thing is that the bathroom door is glass, so there is limited privacy for anyone using it. This is not the “authentic” Bali experience but it is super comfortable and well priced. We could live here long term!

This was our second time staying here. It’s fantastic to be able to use the resort restaurants etc but still have your own space. You can call a buggy to take you anywhere in the resort, which is really convenient. The best part is the pool! We spent hours in the pool everyday. The rooms are huge and spacious - bigger and nicer in real life than the photos. This is a great place to stay if you’re happy spending most of your time in the apartment and exploring the resort. It’s easy to get grab orders or use the kitchen to prepare food. The staff were responsive and helped us arrange a pool fence, cot for our little one etc. They also were quick to resolve any issues etc. Very friendly. We’d highly recommend this place for a lovely relaxing stay.

Glad to find bali duta apartment from the list. Great location close to the airport and kuta beach, malls, restaurants, banks, pharmacies. The apartment itself clean and comfortable. Recommend !!

Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. 5 couples. Superb time had by all. There was ample space indoors and out to keep everyone happy. The team was helpful, kind, always there in a quiet way, happy to book taxis, pick up groceries - they made our stay super special. The walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars was a real plus - one of the best we have had in Seminyak. Cleanliness was excellent, with early morning relief as we found a perfectly clean house ready for the new day - even after a birthday celebration! Would recommend and stay here again. It's just amazing! This is the best trip I've ever had! The butler was very responsible and the food was delicious. The view from the room was just wonderful, with a black sand beach right at the door. At night, the sky was full of stars and the swimming pool was also very fun! If I have the chance, I will definitely recommend this house to my friends!

Made was a wonderful and welcoming host, and his place was even more beautiful. He was extremely helpful and responsive, and assisted us in an airport transfer, as well as renting a couple of scooters to us so we could get to the beach/grocery store/etc. during our stay (highly recommend, the beach is a little bit too far to walk, plus there’s a bunch of stairs you have to walk down to get there). The house was beautiful and clean, and the pool was refreshing and peaceful and surrounded by flowers and greenery. I wish we could have stayed longer, and I will definitely be back the next time I am in Uluwatu!

The villa was beautiful and exactly as pictured and the host was very responsive.

We stayed at Rogers for only a few days but admittedly we could have stayed longer. It is so peaceful in that area but you are close to plenty of restaurants and places to visit, so it makes it a great villa to retreat to. The villa is also huge, the rooms are a great size and the outdoor area was fantastic with the large pool and lounging area. We were with our two kids but this would be a great place for friends to visit or larger families. The staff were also super responsive to any questions we had and overall we would definitely come back.

Wow, wow and wow. We have been to Bali on numerous occasions, but Villa Kubu is the best we have stayed at. Our Villa was like a private resort with huge private pool set in beautiful gardens. Great Bedroom with amazing mosquito surround. Really loved the outdoor Shower. The Staff were friendly, helpful and happy and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect including catering for our ‘Coeliac’ meal requirements. Definitely going back to Villa Kubu next visit to Bali.

The villa was a quiet paradise tucked away form the hustle and bustle, but short distance to all cafes, bars and amazing food in the area. Our 2 yo lo loved the place as much as we did. Indah was very accommodating, and quick with their responses. They asked politely if we needed cleaning of the villa or just leave us to enjoy the quiet and privacy this place has to offer. We will strongly encourage to stay and enjoy the peace as well as the play.
