Great location! Super convenient for getting around Taipei by MRT (just a 5–10 min walk to the station). The place is clean and spacious, with a washer for laundry—dryer takes coins. FamilyMart is right downstairs, which is perfect for grabbing snacks 😋. Just a heads-up: there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up to the second floor, but it’s not too bad if your bags aren’t too big or heavy. Good airbnb! We were happy with our stay! Actual airbnb location is north & west of Xingtian Temple subway stop (6 min walk). And airbnb is south & east of Zhongshan Elementary School stop (8 min walk). In other words, the airbnb is located between xingtian temple and zhongshan elementary school, almost equidistant. The bathroom floor will be entirely wet after you shower. This was not a problem for us as this set up is common in asian countries and they provide slippers.

in the middle of 2 metro stations very convenient to get to, near laundromats, coffee and breakfast shops around. You pay for what you get, hosts was responsive as well. Checking in and out were hassle free. Showering water pressure was okay just basin water pressure was low. No toilet papers given just tissue papers however did not experience any clogging. Charging ports were quite accessible and quite a few. A lot of amenities can be easily borrowed from the counters. Pleasant stay overall. Special thanks to host for being kind and understanding. Will definitely stay again when there is chance to return!

Have stayed in kiki house many times washing machine friendly although small but slow wash suitable for people who love clean

The apartment is spacious, suitable for large group of family. Location is fantastic, easy accessible to restaurants, mrt station, bus station, convenience stores, coffee shops, breakfast places. Laundry equipments and basic utilities are provided as described. The host is very responsive. I definitely would recommend this place.

Allowed early storage of our luggage and then early checked in, we really appreciated it. Great location with MRT nearby. The room includes a washer machine on the balcony and place to hang the clothes are really helpful for the long stay in the warmer time. Hot and cold drinking water 24/7. The room is cozy, we really enjoyed our stay in Kiki and Jimmy's place. The room is on second floor likes other review said, it maybe a little challenge for large luggage; but we manage it without a problem.

It's about a 5-minute walk to Songjiang Nanjing Metro Station, downstairs is a family mart, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby The room is the same as the photos, kiki & jimmy are also very friendly, quick to reply to messages and let us check in early to rest👍🏼 The only shortcoming is that the shower and toilet are not separated, but it doesn't have much impact Comfortable room, reasonably priced, worth staying again

The apartment was clean, well designed, and comfortable—just what I needed for my stay. It had everything I needed and was a pleasant place to come back to at the end of the day. I hadn’t realized the kitchen was shared, but since I didn’t need to cook, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, a solid value.

The place is a short 10min walk from the songjiang nanjing station. This area is pretty nice. Evening a little quite though. Unit is in level2 so lucky the surrounding area is quiet at night. Plenty of food option but the shop close pretty early. Overall great experience.

The place is very spacious and really perfect for big groups. Just wished there’s a microwave to heat food up because it was really cold when we went to Taiwan so food gets cold fast. Beds, pillows & sheets are clean. Towels were clean. Bathroom has no bidet. Over-all a very nice find and worth it!

The landlord is very kind and friendly, very communicative, the house is very clean, clean and tidy, the decoration is very artistic, the location is very convenient, very close to Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station, Zhongxiao Fuxing can be reached within a 10-minute walk, a very convenient place, the environment is very comfortable.

Very comfortable bed and room with great bathroom area, air conditioning was great as well, the ideal location close to transit making the whole city very accessible, very happy with my stay!

The Hostess is very friendly, the room is spotless, and the hot spring bath in the room plus the green view outside the window makes the bubble soup a treat. Would highly recommend.

Compared to all the hot spring apartments nearby, Lisa's hot spring apartment is very cost-effective.The host is very enthusiastic and often prepares some cozy snacks for you in the refrigerator.He always provides the most enthusiastic and timely service for any residential issues that need help.We'll be back.

Relaxing and comfortable environment, comfortable reception hall on the first floor for guests to eat and gather, remember to take away the trash and keep it clean after use. The room bathtub hot spring is refreshing, and snacks, toiletries are super thoughtful.The bathroom's dry and wet separation layout is well-planned for convenience.The bed is comfortable for two people, but it is more crowded for large people. It is recommended to bring an extra quilt so that you will not fight over the quilt in the middle of the night. Self check-in and check-out is simple and clear.
