Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tamuning

House was perfect, location perfect..operating the door lock was a little difficult for us until we learned it, otherwise quiet and perfect for remote working. beach was close, sunrise at Ipan or Jeff’s pirates cove is perfect and amazing best on the island. Ice cream at the mobile gas station is on point. Vons chicken yummy. trust food is close no worries. it may be far from the norm for travelers looking for a busy city life, but not far if you are looking for quiet beautiful neighborhood and a peaceful slow pace of island life. Gods country didn’t disappoint…

Geon was very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and we had the best time celebrating Easter with the bbq and used the grill. The kitchen was amazing. It was also very convenient for the laundry room as well. It was very close to the city. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately we were unable to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. They offered to place us in their other house at no additional charge so we would have somewhere to stay until we found another place. Very responsive and so friendly. Would strongly recommend staying there.

Nice place for 4 or more people spacious and accommodating

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jean's place. Check in was a breeze!! The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were perfect and the bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean & adequate. We enjoyed that we had a parking place at the door! The living room and dining furniture were comfortable and clean. There were nice tiled floors and area rugs. We did not use the kitchen except for the refrigerator & microwave. The refrigerator interior & microwave were clean. Jean was always quick to respond to any of our questions. Jean is a great host!!!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, Alicia was welcoming and responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful with tropical scenery and cocunut trees. I would stay here again.

first time in a shared space, the other tenants were respectable and cleaned after themselves, oka is a great place in the heart of tumon, and the host was responsive and hospitable

My other half and I were looking for somewhere to stay last minute and Ken’s listing caught our attention for 1) the location and 2) the price. This would be both our first time using AirBnB and we were a little skeptical at first. Even before reserving the place , he was very accommodating and understanding with our situation and had us look at the place before any commitment was made. We were welcomed with open arms and his hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. The place has an amazing balcony view of Apra Harbor and is so relaxing to just walk out and be offered such a scene. Ken was always accommodating with the odd times we would come and go from the place and never did we feel unwelcome. The place is homey and Ken is more than we could have asked for in a housemate and a host. All the amenities were available at our preference and it was a comforting feeling know we had a place to go to at the end of each long day that felt like a home. One very important thing , the bed is out of this world comfortable ! Memory foam and the option to lift/lower the bottom or top half of the bed was very luxurious to us. We jokingly asked if we could buy the bed when we were checking out ☺️ We would definitely reserve this place again even just as a “weekend getaway” for Ken’s true “Hafa Adai” hospitality and making his place a home away from home for us. I had a great stay at Teogenesa's place. Host was very accommodating for I needed to extend twice. Place is nice, comfortable and had just about everything we could ask for. Host left me some complementary items that I enjoyed and showed they cared. Host always responded quickly when needed to contact her. I recommend.

Six of our friends stayed with us, but we were very relaxed! The room was very clean and well equipped. There were also 3 king beds and 3 futons, so we all slept separately. It was convenient because you can shop right next door at the supermarket and outlet. It was nice to stay at a cheap price!

Great Location! The apartment was very spacious. Walking distance to everything. Much better than a hotel (I've stayed at The Royal Orchid and The Bayview in Guam). Check-in was easy and privacy was appreciated.

Overall this was a great place to stay in Guam! It is central to everything and within a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches, groceries, the hospital, bars, and restaurants. Admittedly, the neighborhood can be loud at night due to dogs barking, roosters going off at 4 am, etc. I would suggest ear plugs or white noise if you are a light sleeper. It could have been cleaned more thoroughly upon our arrival, as there were dust and dirt on some of the surfaces that I cleaned off myself on the first day. The apartment had everything we needed from a full kitchen to a coffee maker, baking supplies, basic spices, and basic bathroom toiletries, which were nice considering we stayed for 5 weeks. The hosts were very communicative and easy to get into contact with. Overall a good option and a positive experience!

Kukuri’s condo is exceptional…in quality, ambiance, safety, comfort and price. Everything was wonderful, from the clean and well-decorated rooms to the comfy furnishings and gorgeous views from the balcony and windows. It is definitely a home away from home. Kukuri is responsive, informative, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this lovely Airbnb.

I had a comfortable stay. The view and service were wonderful. You will need a rental car, but the location is good. The building is old, but the room is clean, the owner is very kind, and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much. I want to use it again.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Kukuri's place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Check-in was smooth, and communication was prompt and helpful throughout the stay. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and restaurants. Kukuri was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful condo in a fabulous location. A five minute walk to the beach and centrally located on the island. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat meals.
