Located in Hillvue, this beautifully renovated home is moments from AELEC, TRECC, Sports Dome, Gymnastics Centre and Hockey Fields, and a short drive to the CBD. Featuring 4 stylish bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and 2 spacious living areas, the home offers effortless indoor–outdoor entertaining with BBQ, cubby house, and saltwater plunge pool. Our home is located in a quiet street in East Tamworth and has just been completely renovated to provide a modern, stylish and comfortable retreat. Four generous bedrooms, all with built in robes, accommodate 2 guests each with 3 Queen and 1 Double bed. The master has a walk in robe with en-suite. There is a large lounge room as well as a second sitting room and a separate dining area. There is also a large undercover outdoor area with a BBQ and off street undercover parking for 2 cars.

Fully self contained unit on rural acreage only 15 mins from centre of Tamworth. Off street parking. Located away from main residence so privacy ensured. Main bedroom has a walk in robe. Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. Pets are not to be left unattended in cottage. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine and a couple of beers on arrival.
