Apartment holiday rentals in Tân Hưng

I can't say enough good things about Duy and his apartment in D5! Very clear instructions made it very easy to find and after a very short issue with the entry code Duy was super responsive and had the whole thing resolved instantly. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. Inside was beautifully decorated,simple and spacious. Aircon worked perfectly, the bed was comfy and is very accurately listed. It was great getting to know the neighbours over the week I stayed, relaxing in one of the cafes on the street below, or exploring the local neighbourhood. The location is perfect, just minutes from local food sellers, markets, templates - don't stay here without visiting An Dong or Ho Thi Ky markets. I came to HCM for a conference which was in D1 - each morning I could take a grab and be there within 15 min, even in high traffic. Thanks again!

Great location, nice view from both window and terrace, access to everything around, but what made it even better is Lam’s amazing hospitality, superb understanding, clear communication and positive attitude.

Vi was super helpful with the check in process and even helped us find the place at night. it's a nice place in a saw location and very easy to get grab rides from there. The gym and pool were great too. would stay there again for sure.

I stayed for five nights and it was a really great stay. Room is very clean and spacious. Compound is quite luxurious and has large swimming pool and gym with good equipments. There is family mart on the ground floor and you can get pretty much everything you need for short term stay. I would come back for my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City. The location was perfect — right at the center, making it super easy to get around. It was just a quick 10-minute cab ride to Saigon Centre. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the housekeeper who was always so kind and helped us with our luggage — his support made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Very clean and well-maintained apartment in a central location. There are great cafes in the building, and communication was always fast and friendly. Small notes: Two of the four lamps unfortunately did not work, and the sofa could use a cleaning. Also a pity: Although help with carrying suitcases was promised (the building has no elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor) and I had coordinated my arrival, but ultimately no one was there.

What see is what you get. The place is comfortable. Would gladly recommend this!

The house is located at a very strategic location, walking distance to everywhere. Room is clean and neat. Will come back again.

This was a last-minute booking and the host responded immediately. The place was ready upon arrival, beautifully set up, spacious, and reasonably priced. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. It’s located right in the heart of District 8, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby—an amazing location! I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Vietnam.

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

I had an amazing stay at this homestay in Ho Chi Minh City! The location is absolutely perfect — it’s right in the heart of the city, so everything from tourist spots to restaurants and local markets is just a short walk or quick ride away. It made exploring the city super convenient. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the essentials were provided, which made my stay really comfortable. Beautiful view of the city! Perfect spot which was in walkable distance to busy streets and the walking street for night life. There’s also a massage place directly outside which was convenient. An easy spot to rest before/after day trips. Only recommendation would be for the bed to have a top sheet. That may be a personal preference. The shower water also gets everywhere in the bathroom so an extra bath mat may be needed.

Great location! It was our final stop of our Vietnam leg, apartment was very new and modern! Our children enjoyed the spacious apartment and the pool!

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

We had a wonderful stay—very satisfied with both the apartment and the host. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely book again when visiting Ho Chi Minh with family. My parents and kids truly loved it. The bedrooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds that felt like home. Bathrooms were spotless, well-equipped, and smelled fresh. The spacious living room comfortably fit all 9 of us (6 adults, 3 kids). The kitchen had all the essentials—we enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner, with a grocery store just 5 minutes away. Laundry was easy with a washer, dryer, and drying space provided. Even the garbage area was clean and odor-free. The host was friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. Big thumbs up for the host and apartment!

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

Alex’s place is nice and is walkable to a lot of places, the pizza place downstairs is great as well.
