We had a peaceful, fun and enjoyable stay at Gracie’s place

We much enjoyed Yen’s place. Very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful view which we especially enjoyed with our morning coffee. Yen communications were prompt and helpful. We would stay again.

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Stayed here for two days including Christmas eve. Thank you John Michael and his caretaker Mam Lyn for a great stay and indeed a great Christmas. This is one of the few units in Serin that offers a great view. The unit has its own bedroom and a very spacious balcony. It is very clean and well-set up. You can do light cooking. Maluwag ang buong room. We have two kids and they pretty much enjoyed the whole space. Yung Serin Mall is literally just a stone-throw away. Tapat mismo ng lobby ng building ang Serin Mall. All things you need to buy, quick bites, etc you can go to serin mall. Lyn the caretaker was very accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. Wifi connection is not reliable , to be fair sa buong Tagaytay naman, di talaga maganda providers ng internet. We just used our own data connection to enjoy their nice tv. Malinis , mabango , complete amenities. Will definitely save this property. Salamat po sa pagpapatuloy sa amin.

The place is very comfy, they have all the things you need from hot shower to microwave to bidet, name it and they have it. A very friendly space for work from home set up, the wifi connection is great, with all the type of coffee maker you need to stay energized. One thing tho its not very accessible to local tricycles so you have to book your ride thru online platforms but that does not take away the comfort Ive experience. Great place, worth the money.

Warm and accommodating

The host was a great host. They were very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and had the most amazing view.

The location was perfect, just walking distance to Skyranch. The kitchen was well equipped with condiments and cookware. We enjoyed the karaoke too! Highly recommended, will definitely book again!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Neil is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any inquiries, making our stay seamless. Our family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to return! My stay was wonderful. The home was very nice. The host was wonderful and responsive. Anytime I had a question, she got back to me quickly. The instructions and directions she gave were clear and correct. The neighborhood felt safe. I have no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. Had a great stay! Tita Bambi was very welcoming and made check-in easy. A small suggestion: white lights options and sheer curtains only in the living/dining area could help brighten the space and save electricity too. Beautiful place and location. The house was cleaned well and smelled nice. Great for long stays. It is very accessible to the malls, markets, laundry shops, and other local spots. The host was very responsive, easy to talk to, and very accommodating. I stayed for 10 days and had no issues with the place. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft. Die Küche verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Außerdem hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick aus dem Fenster. Ich würde die Unterkunft nochmal buchen.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. Beddings and towels were fresh and clean, exceeding my expectations. The room amenities like the fridge and microwave were a nice-touch. The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

The room was great, everything was clean and we had all the appliances we needed. The hosts are also really kind and communicative. I’d love to stay here again.

Everything was as described and we had a nice stay. Cecile greeted us and provided us an excellent tour of the condo. She was also very helpful throughout the stay (top notch job). This condo is well stocked and not too small. Internet ~200-300Mbps) and Aircon were reliable. The views are breathtaking! The only cons are that the linens are sheets were a bit old and did not smell good. Additionally, the water pressure was fairly weak. Of note, the balcony faces the road and the sliding door doesn't have the best sound insulation. When a loud motorcycle drives by, it is pretty loud, but overall the road isn't too busy at night.

My friends and I had fun! Room was squeaky clean and super bango! Ate mylene is the best!
