The place looks exactly like the photos shown, although the floor where the unit is located is still under construction. Sir Von’s unit itself is good and it matched the aesthetic we needed for our event/project, which helped us execute everything successfully. He was also very responsive and hands-on during check-in, which we appreciated a lot. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet night in the city. 7-Eleven is just at the foot of the building and there’s a hypermarket right across the street if you need anything.

Had a pleasant stay! The host was very responsive, and the place is great for those running errands in the area. It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator, so it may not be ideal for kids or elderly guests. Overall, a nice experience!

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was great. Their living room/sala was airconditioned so even if you cook, there’s no need for a fan. We just had a little problem upon checking in, the guests before us overstayed but we weren’t informed, maybe that was also the reason why some things were left at the bathroom. Thankfully, they offered a free extension before checking out. Would love to book the house again😊

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Had a great stay with their unit and it felt private and at the same time i had plenty of option for dining as it is near the mall and a big plus that there is a grocery store right in front of the reception/lobby area. And a big plus for me is the gym access as i love to do some walking/running.

we booked here during the regional convention of Jehovah's witnesses, it was relaxing to have a quaint place to rest up after a long day, the furnishing was very comfy and chill; cooking at the host's unit when making our packed lunches was also a breeze because his kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, we highly recommend!

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

I’d definitely recommend this place! It really gives that “home away from home” vibe. Everything you need is already there — from utensils to a washing machine — super convenient. What you see in the listing is exactly what you get, no surprises. The place is cozy and has a really chill atmosphere, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. It’s also close to convenience stores and even Puregold, which makes it easy to grab anything you need. It’s just walking distance from the Philippine Heart Center, which made it super convenient during my sister’s operation. Every time we needed something, we could easily get it within minutes. This is a great place to stay if you have a loved one admitted at the Heart Center — it really helps being close by. The host is very responsive and easy to talk to, which made the whole stay even better. I’d for sure stay here again and recommend it to friends or anyone looking for a comfy and reliable spot!

Worth every penny! The view of the city is unmatched! Everything you'll need is provided. Loved the entertainment selection: Netflix + Disney plus. A handful of restaurants in the area. Danilo was an excellent host! He was easy to communicate with, kind and responsive. A really nice place to unwind after a long week.

Booked Reyven and Renz's place for a staycation on Valentine's weekend. I can say that their place is one of the best place that you can find in the Grass/Fern Residences complex. Fully-equipped kitchen (with free condiments) for your cooking and dining needs, living area with a lot of card games and the karaoke for your entertainment. Highly recommended place if you're planning a relaxing and cozy staycation. Will definitely book again!
