There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

It is a 7-minute drive to Åre Östersund Airport and 7 km into Östersund city center. Good bus connections are available with lines 3 and 4. The bus stop is only 100 meters from the apartment and ICA can be found 2.5 km away at Valla Centrum.

On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Här finns goda möjligheter för en aktiv vistelse då det är gott om promenadstigar i området, och det är nära till Fursteli skidspår & cykelstigar.
