The apartment is brand new, very clean, nicely decorated, and matches the photos. Everything has been well thought out for the comfort of travelers, the equipment is complete and of quality. Houssam was very available and responsive. Check-in and check-out are autonomous thanks to a clear and well-explained welcome manual, which makes arrival very easy. The accommodation is located in a residence with a security post, parking spaces and a small market right next door – very convenient! I recommend being motorized to make the most of the stay. With our car, we were able to quickly reach the beach of Malabata and the city center. Thank you Houssam for this beautiful apartment and your availability. My family and I felt right at home.

My family and I liked our stay in the apartment, it is very spacious even for 6 people! It is clean, there is a balcony connecting the three rooms together, the kitchen is well equipped, easy access to the garage even with a wide car, a grocery store and a bakery are located nearby. During our stay we encountered a small problem with the water heater and Mohammed Said quickly brought a professional to fix it on the same day without interfering with our stay!

We had a pleasant stay, the accommodation is faithful to the photos, new and very clean with all the necessary equipment. The environment is peaceful, a little out of the way, there are not many shops and restaurants within 15 minutes walk, it is better to have a car. I recommend this place without hesitating:)

I rarely write reviews, but staying at Morad’s place was such an exceptional experience that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I booked, Morad was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. As for the apartment—wow. Walking in felt like entering a boutique hotel suite but with the warmth and charm of a real home. Everything was spotless (you could tell it had been cleaned with care), and the decor struck the perfect balance between modern and cozy. The lighting was soft and ambient, the bed was plush and comfortable. The neighborhood itself was quiet, safe, and very well-connected. I was within walking distance of several cafes, and the beach, and a stunning viewpoint that Morad recommended with a large balcony. I travel a lot, and I can confidently say that this was one of the most memorable and smooth Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had.

The place is exactly as described: spacious, comfortable, clean, and full of natural light in every room, with a beautiful view. The location is perfect: the beach is right across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. For those interested in the tourist red bus, there’s even a stop right across the street. The host, Ismail, is very responsive, accommodating, and respectful. I stayed here with my parents, and he went out of his way to make everything accessible and easy for them. This is definitely an address I’ll keep for my future visits to Tangier.

Yasser is the perfect host. He contacted me immediately after I booked the apartment, and he started helping me with details like a driver from the port, answering my endless questions about money exchange, places to eat, etc. He is patient and incredibly generous with his time. The apartment is very well equipped and there is a generous supply of towels (something that is usually a problem in European Airbnbs), toilet paper, and other necessities. There are few places I will miss when I leave, but this is one of them!

We had a super comfortable 2 week stay! Aboubakr was very communicative and gave us directions for the cab driver, plus met us in front of the building to walk us to the apartment. Everything was very clean. We could tell that someone had taken great care to clean the space from top to bottom before our arrival. The bed was very comfortable, as was the working space in the second bedroom. The host was quite generous, and left us plenty of toiletries, plus new hand towels and sponge for the kitchen. The wifi/internet was fast and reliable. The building felt secure, and it was quiet at night for excellent sleep. The neighborhood was very walkable with plenty of coffee and good food nearby. And we especially loved that we could see the ocean from the comfortable balcony. What a fantastic stay, highly recommend, will book again if ever back in Tanger!
