Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tanhyeon-myeon

The apartment was a tad hard to find, but we eventually got there. There was just a tad confusion with the instructions. I enjoyed the stay. The place was clean and spacious. The apartment is so close to everything in Hongdae and the subway. An ideal location.

Wesley’s place was very conveniently located for a trip to Seoul to see the nearby sights. It’s right in the middle of Myeongdong which makes it very walkable to nearby sights like Myeongdong night market and many popular restaurants. It’s just up the hill from the metro as well. Wesley does ask you to sort and put out your trash at your own expense which is a little nerve wracking, but when we asked Wesley about it, he said he would help. He is very friendly and helpful in responding quickly to any questions.

저렴한 가격에 좋은 숙소 정말 추천드립니다! 위치를 찾는데 애를 좀 먹었지만 호스트께서 설명해주시는 사진만 보고 따라오시면 정말 쉽습니다. 그리고 한적한 곳에 위치해있어 주변이 조용한데 걸어갈만한 거리에 편의점도 있어 편리합니다. 이번에 저희는 바베큐와 불멍을 모두 즐겼는데 시설이 정말 편리하고 깨끗하게 준비되어 있어 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다!

This location was great! Super easy to get to the subway and great historical area. The house was so unique! There was plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. We’d totally stay here again.

The location is pretty preferable and has a lot of restaurants and shops around. The hosts are responsive and helpful!! Nice memories staying in Seoul.

We had a lovely 3 days staying here in Seoul. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and well decorated. The location was great, with Hongdae being less than 10 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood was also very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Seoul!!

옥탑테라스 너무 좋았고, 조금만 걸어가면 망원한강공원도 있어서 20대 친구들이 함께 방문하면 더할 나위없이 좋을 것 같아요:)

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Seoul. Everything was absolutely perfect — the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a great workspace which made things really convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful terrace, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was very quiet, with no noise at all, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. The host was extremely cooperative and always attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. What more can I say? I would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. Without a doubt, this place will be my first choice next time I’m in Seoul. Thanks Andy

동네가 너무 조용해서 진짜 좋았어요 산책도 자주나가고 고양이도 만나고 주변에 뭐 없긴 한데 뷰 하나로 끝장납니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 성수기 시즌 전에 오길 잘한것 같아요~ 작은 베란다가 있는데 자갈도 인테리어도 너무 예쁘고 가격대비 아주아주 괜찮은 숙소였어요! 화장지도 도톰한거 좋은거 쓰시더라구요 보통 에어비앤비나 펜션 숙박시설은 얇은거 쓰던데! 호스트님이랑 소통도 잘되고 중간에 요청사항도 잘 들어주셨어요. 7월말에 인스파이어 갈일이 있는데 다른컨셉 방에서 묵어보려구요!

바다멍 하다가, 요리도 해먹고 주변에 오락실도 가고 이것저것 재미나게 즐겼어요! 깨끗하고 청결한 숙소에서 시간 보내서 좋았습니다.

We had a great time at your place, it is really well located, there is a lot of space, it's super clean and the host is kind. The only issue for me was the noise at night, the isolation is not the best. The curtains are not blackout and let in a lot of light. It is very hot, the air conditioning helps A LOT but makes a lot of noise and light at night. Other than those small details, it is really a very nice place to stay, thank you again!

とても素敵なところだったので、機会があればまた泊まりたいです！親切でとても良かったです。以下、宿泊の参考にしていただければと思います。 ・フェファ駅が最寄り駅です。フェファ駅から行くと道のアップダウンなく、家までわかりやすく、容易に着けます。(東大門駅や鍾路5街駅も歩いていけますが、少しだけフェファ駅より遠く、アップダウンが少しだけあります。) ・東大門総合市場というバス停が東大門駅と鍾路5街駅の間くらいにあるので空港⇔家の行き来もわかりやすいです。 ・家は写真の通りきれいでおしゃれです。清潔に保たれており、好感が持てます。 ・レンジ、ポット、食器、カトラリー、お鍋、包丁などや食器用洗剤もあります。 ・洗濯機も使用できますが、洗剤は持っていってください。 ・バルコニーもあり、そこで食事も楽しめます。 ・周辺は治安が良く、とても静かです。 ・フェファ駅周辺から家までの間にスターバックスやCU(コンビニエンスストア)があり、便利です。カフェやおもち屋さん、パン屋さんなどもあります。 ・バスルームにはドライヤーも準備されています。ボディーソープとシャンプーもあります。歯ブラシは持参してください。 ・ホストが近くのお店のオススメを教えてくださったり、部屋の使い方もメッセージで送ってくださいます。質問はすぐに返してくださったり、お願いした物をすぐ準備してくださいました。親切で丁寧でかつお返事もすぐくださるので助かります。

非常满意的入住体验，推开门发现和照片一模一样非常惊喜，房东准备设施非常齐全，在这间屋子里度过了很愉快舒适的四天！

The flat is amazing and filled with everything you need from kitchenware to washing machine. The location is amazingly central. Plus Jason is a great host, responding quick and very flexible in terms of luggage storage and help. Highly recommended and would visit his place if I am back in Seoul again.

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme mais vivant, idéal pour découvrir la ville, proche du métro et des lignes de bus . L’hébergement est confortable, spacieux , lumineux , et très bien équipé. Il est accessible par ascenseur . Les consignes sont extrêmement bien expliquées. Nous avons apprécié le panier gourmand offert à notre arrivée après un long vol de nuit , une attention très agréable. L’hôte a été réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

We have had the pleasure of staying with Brad & Sarah on numerous trips to Seoul and words do not do this accommodation justice. This particular trip was a two week stay and, as usual, the hosts created an absolutely lovely space. The apartment has all the comforts of home, and is so beautiful and spacious, with lots of natural light. It is also spotless and the attention to detail unprecedented. Location wise, we find the apartment perfect…shops, bakeries, and coffee shops galore while subways and buses are just a short walk around the corner. It is so much fun exploring these streets while the apartment itself is quiet and relaxing. Thank you to Brad, Sarah, and their staff for being such warm, generous and welcoming hosts. We are so grateful to you for once again, sharing your beautiful home with us.

아담하지만 파티룸다운 멋진 분위기가 돋보이는 숙소였습니다. 전면 통창과 넓은 테라스에서 들어오는 채광 때문에 일하기도 무척 편했고요. 아래층에서 풍겨오는 빵 굽는 냄새가 마치 카페에 있는 것 같은 느낌을 주기도 했어요. 연남동의 여러 핫플레이스에 가까운 위치, 온/냉풍 겸용 에어컨디셔너, 다양한 타입의 휴대폰 충전기, 와인잔과 오프너 제공 등이 만족스러웠고, 다소 좁은 쇼파, 싱크대 수압이 좋지 않아 설거지가 수월치 않았다는 점 이외에 불편한 점은 거의 없었습니다.

Farida’s place was such a gem. She was very responsive to all my queries. She was accommodating and genuinely takes care of our wellbeing. The location of the place is just great. 3 mins walk to Seoul station. Especially useful if you have just arrived or returning to the airport. Many nearby cafes which we truly enjoyed. It is also 5 mins walk to the Seoullo 7017 walking path that can bring you to Namdaemun. The place itself has a good size considering its proximity to the nearby amenities. It is well stocked with our daily necessities. Checking in was a breeze with clear instructions. This was my forth time in Seoul but my first time in Farida’s place. Will return here without hesitation for my next visit!
