Bedroom with double bed and underfloor heating. Entrance to bedroom via bathroom. Tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink as well as a washing machine and floor heating In the living room, there is a sofa bed with sleeping area for one adult or two children and a dining table with 6 chairs. The upper floor has a bedroom with 3 beds and a living room. Access to 2 free parking spaces by the house.

House with large garden, has apple trees and berry bushes but still good place for play. proximity to, among other things, the salt source swimming area, Torreby golf course, and the canoe center. Hiking trails and rock climbing. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to Lysekil, Hunnebostrand, mountain backa or other coastal gems. The house includes the essentials you need. As well as three parking spaces. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linen and bath towels are charged a fee of SEK 150/set if desired. Cleaning is not included. Leave in the same condition.
