I loved staying in this apartment. The place was extremely clean and organized. It had everything: microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, pots, everything! Very quiet and noise-free environment. The bed was super comfortable and you could use the smart TV. Very safe building as well. If I could give more stars, I would. It was PERFECT!

Renata's apartment is beautiful and cozy, you feel at home and it has everything you need. She cleared up all our doubts and put us in touch with the person in charge, who always responded quickly. The apartment is right in the center of BH, 10 minutes by Uber to several interesting tourist attractions, however I did not feel comfortable walking the streets of downtown BH. There is a lot of commerce around and the SESC is in front. The building has a 24-hour concierge and they were very receptive. BH's cuisine is innovative and delicious, we recommend going to the Baixaria bar on Av. do Contorno. Signature snacks and a very beautiful view. In addition, thank Renata for the incredibly cozy and decorated space, just right for a stay for any purpose.

I really loved staying in this penthouse and the best part was being very close to the Santa Inês neighborhood to visit my brother and nieces. In 5 minutes I was in the heart of the neighborhood. The apartment is very complete. I didn't meet Glau in person, but I got the keys from the neighbor Priscila, who was super nice. Glau let me in earlier and leave a little later, she was super flexible. I've already added it to my favorites, so I can stay there again on my next visit.

We had a great time in BH, and the advantage of staying in such a nice apartment. Quite luxurious, cutlery and essential materials for living. Perfect appliances, working perfectly and of quality. The bad part was only when we arrived, because we didn't receive the door code, this caused stress because we arrived tired from the trip, there is no doorman in the building, it was necessary to call the 24-hour concierge and they took a long time to get to speak with the hosts, in addition, my husband and I tried to call to talk to them, but they rejected the call. In the end, everything went well.

It was a great pleasure to be able to enjoy Paula's space. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, which made for a very special experience. Paula is always very attentive and helpful to help us and indicate the best of Belo Horizonte. The apartment is a spectacle, full of thoughtful details designed to bring warmth and comfort. You can feel the affection in the details, the courtesy, the comfort, the curation of the furniture and objects that made everything even more perfect. It was the convenience of a hotel, the coziness of a home, and the proximity of everything because we were in the center. I will definitely return to have more special moments in the city.

Spectacular, quiet, and has everything we need, heated pool, sauna, pool, pool, totem, tv, barbecue area, soccer field, hammock, jump and swing for children, plenty of space, kitchen, bathroom, everything at its best, impeccable cleaning, the host, Mr. Edis, very attentive and always available, we love the stay, soon we will return, a special hug to Lili, Lulu and Lala, super friendly people we know here!

Staying at Marcelo's house was a WONDERFUL experience! The house is stunning and the backyard, a show apart! The house is super wide, airy, comfortable and the decor, a show apart! We feel in our own home during our stay! The location is privileged because, although we are close to the lagoon, we have a lot of privacy, the place is quiet (and we stayed during Carnival!), has drugstores and supermarkets very close by. And what about the backyard?! Super verdinho, immersed in super well-groomed plants and bring an exceptional freshness to the environment. The hydro is delicious and was strategically positioned between the jabuticabeira and the banana trees, surrounded by the other plants. It was super warm, even in the days when we had little sunshine, she managed to maintain a good temperature, only with the mormaço of the weather! Marcelo was extremely attentive throughout our stay. Our contact was by messages and it remained available all the time!

Flávio is a super kind and nice person, responds quickly to messages, super prompt and helpful... the place surprised me, it is much better than in the description and the photos do not match the peace and beauty of the place... there are several fruit trees, hammocks for rest, swimming pool with loungers, several flowers, plants, and the house is very large, rustic style with various furniture and antique equipment (sound, scale, TV)... it gave me nostalgia.. anyway... I really enjoyed it... I want to come back!

Deise's house is perfect for those who need total rest and proximity to the airport, Deise is an extremely polite person, she provided the relevant information and answered all questions, other than that, her little dog is a sweetheart! I highly recommend it!

The place is delicious! Very large, with all the rooms equipped with a suite and great bathrooms. The water in the showers is abundant and the mattresses are soft and very comfortable. The highlight was the attention of the housekeeper, Vander, a helpful and careful person who cleaned the pool during our stay. To improve, I suggest: - Reform the pool table, as the fabric is too torn. - Improve the masonry grill. Antonella is always helpful, helping me with the perfect house, making me super comfortable, and attending to me. It is super close to everything, not to mention the comfort. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Whenever I go, I will stay there. It is perfect for those who need a fair price and quality.

Very quiet and comfortable, I didn't want to go back and enjoy the most of the kkkk site Super complete and safe condo, close to bakeries, supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Apartment neat, clean and with everything you need to make you feel at home! I love it! Super charismatic and flexible hosts!
