The former Bergerie du Viala, at an altitude of 800 m, offers comfortable and pleasant accommodation of 80 m², very cool in summer, consisting of two rooms with a mezzanine, with a sleeping capacity for 4 people maximum, located on a one hectare plot. The kitchen and the bathroom are equipped to meet your needs. The cottage is the ideal starting point for hikes (GR71C) in the Grands Causses regional natural park, on foot, on horseback, mountain biking, 1 hour from Montpellier. Accepted animals.

The cottage is adjacent to the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You can park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Listed as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You are staying in an old 18th-century sheepfold with beautiful pointed-arch vaults. The walls were built using lime and Pignan stone. It is a large room of about 20 m² designed for 2 people. This unique property is located on the ground floor of our house, located on a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
