The cottage is adjacent to the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You can park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.
