Short Uber/cab Ride: West 7th, TCU Stadium, downtown, magnolia area. Full kitchen with granite counters, washer/dryer, walk in closet, fenced in backyard with plenty of shade.

Super convenient location makes this the perfect spot for a getaway in the city with all of the amenities and comforts of home. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval before booking. The house is newly remodeled with a modern/Texas touch. It features plenty of natural light from the large windows. It is 1 mile/ 20 min walk to the New Dickies Arena, 0.4 miles to UNTHSC & Museums. Also walking distance to restaurants, nightlife & shopping. Close to downtown Fort Worth, TCU, The Stockyards, Botanical Gardens. NOTE: parties not allowed and 2 vehicle maximum. The door is keyless with a code pad. The house has a queen size bed in each of the bedrooms.
