Patrícia's apartment is very clean. However, there were strong negatives. The shower did not have a good flow of water, I couldn't wash my hair, for example. The car was standing on the street as advertised, but it is a dead-end street with no room for maneuvering. In addition, the place had no door in the room and no blackout curtains, at dawn the sunlight came in hard and we could not sleep anymore.

The apartment is impeccable, everything wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a yard, which was perfect for our dogs. There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!
