Holiday rentals with a patio in Tartu City

This was our second time in Kristjan's apartment and we are thinking of coming back again. Clean and comfortable apartment with all the essentials. Kitchen very well equipped, everything available for cooking. Younger daughter enjoyed the games and toys. Many thanks to Kristjan and Kerli! 😀

Beautiful flat in a great location between Aparaaditehas and old town.

The place was as advertised! It had pretty much everything you need for a couple of nights stay. The place has its own patio which is a big plus. Neighbours were quiet and communication with host was quick and easy. Location was a bit far from the centre and the neighborhood it’s in doesn’t have places to eat, so keep that in mind! It’s pretty close to the National Musem though, which is good.

Everything was great – the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Raul was a helpful and responsive host. Highly recommend!

The apartment is airy and spacious (even better than photos) and the location very quiet and convenient. It has a really nice feel and is close to grocery and museums and town center, easily by foot or even bus if you prefer not to walk. We have really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Host very responsive; excellent place and value. And Tartu is a lovely city and easy to tour.

Kati has a well thought-out attic-style apartment that really provides a lovely living experience for guests, and she was super responsive. I would gladly come and stay again. Even 2 flights of shallow stairs wouldn’t deter me.

Great place to stay! There's everything you need, well-equipped kitchen. Only one minus for me personally: unpleasant smell from the water in the house. But I read about it in other people's reviews and was prepared. Very nice place, well equipped area around the house, quiet.

Enri is a great host, the house itself is very cosy, interior is well designed and has lots of interesting elements. The only thing for me was that the bigger bedroom was a bit noisy (it faces the street), but if it doesn’t bother you, then this is a great choice for a stay in Viljandi.

Everything was exactly as promised. Kalmar gave us the key to the house, he was very friendly and polite man with a good sense of humor!

The companion and his friend were happy with the accommodation. The surroundings were beautiful and everything was as in the pictures. The sauna had been very good. Sergei also promised to check out a little later.

The apartment was great and cozy and had everything you need. The morning coffee on the deck was still an experience in itself.

The apartment was stunning—beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The view was amazing, and the balcony was a real highlight! This was the most well-equipped Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in; it had everything we needed, and the kitchen tools, in particular, were of excellent quality. We had a wonderful stay at Madli's place. She is very thoughtful and kind, and went out of her way to help our family. The area is peaceful and walkable and the place is lovely.

We were traveling with family and stayed here for the first time. The apartment was extremely fancy and of very high quality, the location was great, and the host was very friendly with fast and easy communication. The playground outside was also a nice touch, especially when traveling with two small children. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
