There is a basketball, football and volleyball court (balls are also available). Nice place to make a campfire. There's a hiking trail in the woods. There's a small pond on the side of the house where you can go swimming.

The villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with a teppanyaki grill, a large dining table and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. The house has a total of 4 WC-bathrooms. There's also a sauna as a nice bonus. Enjoy beautiful lake views, nearby hiking trails, swimming spots, and ski resorts from the terrace.

A well-located one-bedroom apartment in a historic, fully renovated 19th-century building in the desirable Vaksali area. The apartment has a separate private entrance. The apartment has everything you need to spend several days peacefully in Tartu with your family (washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen). The train station is a 5-minute walk away (350m). There are also grocery stores and a playground within walking distance. Tartu Song Festival Grounds and Town Hall Square are a 25-minute walk away.

Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

There is air-conditioning with a heater but if you’re more of a Tolstoi’s type of person, you can heat an oven with wood!

A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.
