The place is located at the Marina in Penang - a nice spot of its own with restaurants, entertainment and a small mall. The apartment is equipped and suitable for short term and outgoing guests enjoying a marina lifestyle with waterfront, bars and restaurants. The place has a spacious balcony to enjoy the view over the marina site and its strolling visitors. Some construction work has started for creating an additional island across the marina with a slight visual impact on the view from the apartment.

The unit was superb with spacious rooms and also private tub. My kids really enjoyed it.

9일동안 머물렀었는데 정말 내집처럼 편히 쉴수 있었어요. 우선은 모든 친구와 수건들이 너무 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있었고 집안곳곳의 청소 상태가 휼룡했어요 그리고 모든 물품들이 잘 비치되어 있어 지내기에 불편함이 없었어요. 거실에서 보이는 전망은 도시와 바다가 조화롭게 어우러져 정말 멋졌어요. 만약 다시 패낭을 여행한다면 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소에요.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Nice place to stay

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It is close to the city and other major places. Moreover, the host is friendly and very helpful. She made us feel like a home. We definitely would love to come back.

We really love this place for these 4 days 3 nights. We even prefer spending more time staying in the house, instead of going out for other places 😂 Carmen also helped us a lot for everything and even responded to me quickly and actively before I decided to book her place! We will definitely book this place again when we visit to Penang!

it is a great experience staying at Alvin's place. It is a heritage house, full with characters. my family and I also want an Airbnb which is bigger than a hotel room and has privacy. This place exceeded our expectations. The place is easy to find, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby(Alvin also gives good recommendations!) Alvin is a very accommodating and proactive host. I would love to come back to stay with Alvin again! lastly, Penang is amazing 😍

Where to begin? What an absolutely stunning colonial home in a perfect location. Shawn and co were amazing with communication, the self check-in was well explained and super straightforward. Very easy to find the property too. The house itself is beautiful, plenty of space, very tastefully decorated, and comes equipped with everything you need for your stay. A big bonus is the outside seating area, garden, and wet kitchen area. Lots of nice places to eat nearby, and a very short grab ride to the beach, shopping malls, and Georgetown. Honestly one of the nicest places we’ve stayed during our travels around Malaysia, wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time we’re in Penang. Thank you so much Shawn for sharing your home, for your professional and timely responses to our questions, and for making the entire stay so easy and relaxing. Absolute 10/10

We took a trip to Penang for a week. We enjoyed our stay here, surrounded with a lot of convenient eateries around us. The unit we stay was well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay there for the week. Host was also very responsive during our stay there despite that we had to ask some stuffs during the midnight, they answered and helped us even though it was midnight.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

We had an overall great experience staying at the Batu Ferringhi apartment in Penang. The apartment was clean, spacious, and came with a beautiful sea view that made our stay truly relaxing. The location was also perfect , close to the beach and local eateries. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. However, we did notice that the pillows had an unpleasant smell, which could be improved for a more comfortable stay. Other than that, everything else was lovely and we would definitely consider returning!

Absolutely loved this place! The view alone made everything well worth it. Watched sunrise and sunset in the comfort of our own space. The street lights at night were so beautiful. The stay was super comfortable as well. Place was spotless and neat. Lots of good food nearly as well. The only I wish we had but didn’t was either a washer or a laundromat on site.

Logement propre et agréable. Tout correspondait aux photos. Jack est très réactif et sympathique. Il se soucis du bien être de ses locataires. Entrée facile avec la boîte mise à disposition et les instructions données. Tout se trouve en bas de la résidence (bars, restaurants, supermarchés…)

很棒的住宿经验

We came as a family of 6 with a teenager, tweens and a kid, and the house is perfect for us. Our son sleeps outside, using the extra mattress, with cozy linens and all. Air cond, fans and heater works well. We brought simple food to cook for breakfast and supper, and the washing machine and dryer were very useful. Gana was a responsive and accommodating host. Check in and check out were simple; the guards and cleaners working there already knew what to do and they assisted us with getting the keys. It is a prefect stay if you have a large family and planning to stay longer than a couple of days. Will definitely come back in the future.

Super logement spacieux et propre avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, situé juste à côté de la plage. La piscine est également très agréable. Le logement est idéalement placé, à proximité de la plage et de nombreux restaurants accessibles à pied. En plus, il est à seulement quelques kilomètres de lieux incontournables à visiter en famille, comme le Tropical Spice Garden, Entopia et Escape Penang. Le seul petit bémol, indépendant d’Evelyn, était le bruit 😅 : nous sommes venus durant la semaine du Nouvel An chinois, et il y avait des feux d’artifice et de la musique chaque soir jusqu’à minuit-1h du matin. Pour nous qui avons l’habitude de nous coucher tôt, cela a été un peu compliqué 😅. Mais sinon, un séjour très agréable !
