Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tashkent Region

Highly recommend to tourists to Tashkent! Best location, walkable distance to a 24-hour supermarket&Anjir restaurant! Safest area in Tashkent, very important for girls. The house is spacious and well-decorated in a traditional Uzbeck style. Last but not least, Gulsara is so thoughtful and nice. Her hospitality is impressive! Thanks for hosting us! 再用中文打一遍，最近乌兹别克很火，我和朋友两人第一次来Tashkent，这家Airbnb 完全是我愿意推荐给周围朋友的最佳住处，不仅可以体验到当地特色的风格，整个街区也处于使馆人员住所，特别安全，走路三五分钟可到一个24小时大超市，还有一家叫Anjir的本地特色超大餐厅，抓饭kebab这些应有尽有！ 从机场打车过来15分钟，很快的。房东Gulsara是个特别友善和热情的人，我们晚上飞机落地有些晚了，她一直在房间等着迎接我们，真的非常棒！

Leila and her mother were friendly and welcoming, their house is very spacious with almost all rooms are with private toilets, the house and furniture are sparkling clean and cozy. The location is good quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Thank you Leila!

Our family had an awesome time at Guli's holiday home. Everything was as described and better. We especially enjoyed the heated pool (huge plus) and also the beautifully grown garden with lovely flowers and fruit trees - black figs, grapes, pear, cherry and walnut. Amazing! We also especially enjoyed the wet kitchen as we did all of our cooking there. The host was also kind enough to provide us with charcoal briquets which we used to grill kebabs! The cauldron we used to cook is run by gas which was awesome. The rooms we nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom had all we needed even down to detergent. There are little mini-markets and several wine/beer shops that are about a 10 minute walk away. Transportation is also available via Y.andex taxi but you will have to walk out to the nearest intersection when you leave. Finally, thanks Guli for the great communication from the start and also thanks to the friendly care-taker who checked us in and provided us with helpful tips!

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания у Алексея! Он очень приятный собеседник, заботливый хозяин и замечательный человек. В доме все было очень комфортно и чисто. Удобные большие кровати и полная тишина по ночам. Нам очень хорошо спалось! Гостили у него с дочкой и ей тоже все очень понравилось. Она попросила поставить ему 10 баллов, а лучше 100😄 Обязательно остановимся здесь еще, когда в следующий раз приедем в Ташкент. До центра на такси ехать 15 минут. Рядом есть магазинчик, где есть все необходимое и кафе с вкусным пловом

Владелец дома и его ассистент были невероятно дружелюбны и оказывали всю необходимую помощь, дом очень чистый и опрятный. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство 👌☺️

Отличное расположение, в самом центре Ташкент Сити. Новый жилой комплекс с закрытым двором. Возле дома пешеходные бульвары с кафе и ресторанами. Несколько продуктовых магазинов. А квартире есть почти все для проживания, кроме посудомоечной машины и большого зеркала. Очень понравился балкон с креслами. По ночам тихо, никто не беспокоит. Не понравился очень жесткий матрас на кровати и отсутствие большого зеркала. В остальном все отлично. Рекомендую и квартиру и район.

This is one of my favorite AirBNB stays! The location: in the new center of Tashkent. Close to the mall, many shops and restaurants, ATM, a park, and markets. We’ve watched the live Eid al Adha and Uzbekistan national team celebration from the comfort of the apartment! The apartment: pristine clean, beautifully decorated, with everything supplied: kitchen utensils, cutlery, toiletries, towels, washing machine, steam iron, and ironing board. Little details here and there which added to the beauty of the apartment. The host: Dilya has been great from the get-go. Communicative and punctual. She has explained everything thoroughly and spent time with us familiarizing us with the everything in the apartment. She’s wonderful and very personable. It’s a safe accommodation for solo female travelers as well as families.

It was a very peaceful and well equipped home. We felt nice with the check in as well. It has good amenities within around the facility complex for kids. The host was very kind and very communicative. He attended to our requests very quickly. The balcony also was very nice with a good view of the old city. We look forward to staying at this place again the next time we visit Tashkent.

Удобное расположение, отличная цена за эту локацию )) было чисто, владелец вежливый))) единственное в холодное время года в ванной немного холодно, так как нет там обогрева . В остальных комнатах есть кондиционеры и тепло )

Ilkhom is indeed a super host! Always responded to our requests with a super friendly and cosmic speed. He and his family were very supportive during our stay. The cozy apartment was clean and equipped with all that you need for a comfortable stay. Katta Rahmat!

Shakhzod war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Lage war Perfekt alles auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

This place was a gem! Super cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the little touches — fresh towels, coffee, and a quick check-in process. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with shops and cafes just a short walk away. Would happily book again!
