It has the rusticity and space of the farm and allows you to be isolated and totally safe with your family and friends enjoying nature!

House in Campos do Jordão pet friendly with large garden, all walled, well safe for pets. It is 10 minutes from the tourist center by car. Safe house with basic kitchen equipment. They are two comfortable rooms. Work with flexible check in and check out if there are no other guests arriving or departing on the same day. I live on top of the house I rent, in another house, we share only the parking lot, it has two flights of stairs with four steps each access.

Hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms. Nespresso machine and Wi-Fi. We do not accept pets in the house.

A cozy cottage. Quiet place with large garden, private entrance and patio to park at least two cars. My caretakers are young and very helpful. They live on site, represent me and assist the tenants throughout the lease, from entry to exit, as needed The property offers a barbecue with a table and benches so that meals can be enjoyed outdoors. The Chalet is 1.5 km from Abernéssia, and 4.5 km from Capivari with the route fully paved.

Local ideal para amantes da natureza e pessoas que apreciam o lado sutil da vida. O espaço fica encravado na serra da Mantiqueira, cercado por floresta, aromas da mata e som de cachoeira. Durante todos os meses do ano a natureza mostra o seu encanto, entre os meses de April e Setembro faz muito sol e de Outubro a Março as chuvas aumentam o volume dos rios e um banho de cachoeira torna-se praticamente inevitável.
