Located in a gated community with swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, tennis courts, plus our own private spa on the deck. This home is perfect for families or just a nice weekend break away from your life of hustle n bustle. Although we state 6 people, there is a fold out couch which children aged about 8 and under could use. You’re very welcome to bring air beds.

Walnut Cottage is a beautiful and peaceful sanctuary that exudes lightness and ease. Open plan living spills seamlessly onto a large deck, the perfect place to unwind and take a breath. With 3 bedrooms, 2 inside & 1 in a separate room outside, it sleeps 6, in 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. Parking is plentiful out the front, privacy is in abundance around the back. Thoughtfully renovated and furnished, step in, take a breath and relax (especially in winter in the hot spa!)

Only a 2 minute stroll to the Lake or the beautiful spring fed Waitahanui River, and 10 minutes from the centre of Taupo township. 58 inch LED TV, Blu Ray DVD and movies as well as a heat pump air conditioner and free WiFi.
