The house has 4 rooms. 2 rooms are for up to 3 people, the other two rooms are for up to 4 people. The price mentioned in the ad is the price of one room. The house is located in the center of Dilijan, in the back block of the city hall building. There is everything nearby: a shop, a supermarket, restaurants… There is a pavilion (besedka), a barbecue in the yard. Each room has a separate bathroom/toilet, as well as a spacious balcony with a beautiful view.

From the guest house you can go hiking in the forest or just enjoy the presence of nature in a beautiful and well-kept garden. It is designed for both family and friendly gatherings. The guest house has an absolutely peaceful atmosphere.

In the meantime, several coffee shops and restaurants are just a 10-minute-walk away. There are two beds for four people overall. There is a small fridge, electric stove, heating system, clean linens, and dishes. The place has a bathroom and a shower.
