We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Rebecca was a lovely host—very polite, helpful, and welcoming. We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Eagles Rock Cottage - Beautiful Isolation

TayvesRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Absolutely amazing place to stay. Not so far that it’s all a hassle but far enough that you get as much disconnection as you need. Check-in was extremely easy and there was absolutely anything you could’ve needed at the cottage. I hope to come back here some day and highly recommend.

Castlegal Cherry Cottage with mountain views

EdelRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This cottage is much more lovely in person and more spacious. The living room was gorgeous and so cosy with the stove, blankets galore and comfy couch. The bedrooms were all lovely, clean and spacious also. It felt very peaceful there with such beautiful surroundings and Holly Amber and Barbara have thought of everything. The kitchen is very well equipped and the cottage is beautifully decorated. There are lots of books and games for children and adults and also lots of local information at your finger tips which is very helpful for planning your days visiting the richly engaging area. Our two boys aged 8 and 10 and our dog had great fun in the large back garden and on the beautiful Streedagh beach, only a few minutes drive away. We definitely would love to return.

The Lazy Peddler, where memories are forever.

SteveRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Micheal was very friendly and helpful. The location is in the countryside and a 30 minute walk to the village where there is a small supermarket and a cafe that closes at 5pm so eating options were limited but it was possible to use the kitchen for meals.

We absolutely loved our stay at Liz' s place, she is a fantastic host, very friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet location with lovely surroundings and easy access for walks by the ocean. Bundoran is only a short walk away. We stayed for 2 nights, we had our wee dog with us and we had such a lovely time. I highly recommend Liz's home and we look forward to going back.

Charming, beautiful old cottage in scenic setting

JackRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Verena was a generous and welcoming host. The cottage was very clean and cosy and has lots of character and is a testament to Verena's artistic spirit. The wood burning stove was a real treat and the quiet simplicity of being there was just what I wanted. There was a Peacock and some beehives (but don't let that put you off, Irish honey bees are small and not very aggressive at all) and we hardly noticed them, we did however taste their honey which Verena left in the kitchen for us to try we had it with our coffee and it was delicious. I would highly recommend a stay here for those who want to take advantage of all that the local area has to offer (which is a lot) from hiking in the Gleniff Horseshoe, to swimming at Mullaghmore, to walks around Benbulbin and Benwisken and much more besides, this is a wonderful place to use as your base. I hope to go back some day. Thank you Verena for the wonderful stay. Jack.

Georgie's cottage

John's place (Georgie's cottage) was very cosy and welcoming. It's lovely decorated and located in the vicinity of many attractions and beautiful beaches. We could even see the bay/beach from inside the house. The house had all necessary amenities (no dryer, but we didn't really need it). Although the house is next to the main road, we didn't have a sleep problem. John was very kind, helpful, responsive, and reliable. The check-in and check-out were easy. I met his mum on the last day, she was such a lovely lady. It was a very pleasant one-month stay, thank you so much for having us, John!
