Amazing stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. The host was super responsive and helpful with all our needs. Theres a lot of store outside the village. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We had such a great stay at this place! The location was perfect and really close to Megamall, which made it super easy for us to grab food, shop, or just hang out. The unit was clean and cozy, and it had everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. Plus, the view was amazing. Definitely one of our favorite parts! Would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Can confidently say that this is the best airbnb I've been in 🥹 Ms. Mel was so organized from instructions before you check-in, to arriving at the unit itself. The unit is fully labeled with instructions and items, which makes it very convenient for us guests. Everything you will need is available at the unit. She even had medicines available for emergencies. Ms. Mel also personally accommodated me upon arrival and I highly appreciate the hospitality. The unit is very cozy— perfect for a quiet and peaceful staycation. ❤️ Thank you so much, Ms. Mel, for the thoughtfulness and organization in preparing your unit. I have been staying for about a week in Mandaluyong, the apartment was very convenient. It has a comfortable space, a good bed and 2 split airconditioning units which you will need in summer. The kitchen has mostly what you need to cook and The mall and supermarkets are nearby. Getting inside is easy and the guards are really nice. The direct neighborhood doesn't offer entertainment but you'll be on a convenient spot with a short ride. I'd stay again.

This unit is very clean, spacious, and has all the amenities one would need for a short stay. WiFi speed is commendable. The balcony is bigger than the ones in the other Prisma units I've stayed in. Sir Ross is also a great host--very quick to respond and accommodating even of last-minute request. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at the unit. It was comfortable and has everything needed for the entire stay. The kitchen if fully equipped and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. The bed is comfy and the place is so clean.

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

We had a wonderful stay! Sir Carlo and Ma’am Patricia provided excellent service—they were very responsive to all my questions and made sure all our requests were attended to. My family truly enjoyed our time, especially the kids who had a blast with the games and the pool. The free parking was also a big plus. Thank you for the warm hospitality! Its our 2nd time on Bennii's place and always a good experience. It's clean, great location, and wonder host as ever! I highly recommend this to those who don't have car to go around, surrounded by good resto, groceries and nice malls!

Patrick's place was perfect for me. While it is true that the apartment is a bit dated, everything was great for me. This is one of the prime units in the building in a loft layout and a small balcony with really nice views. AC and WiFi worked perfectly and the kitchen is well equipped. Huge washer was also a bonus. I would gladly stay here again.

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail in their place was well thought of, from the interior design to all the amenities. Location is also really accessible if you want to go north (towards cubao/qc) or if you wanna go south (towards pasay/airport). The place was so clean and the guards were also so kind! The place also has a near convenience store/crossfit place/cafe so there’s no problem when you’re hungry. Also easy food delivery! Had the best stay here. 100000/10!!

We love the listing since the amenities offered are almost complete. No need to worry with toiletries and such. Great place to spend with family and friends.

Really smooth check-in. Instructions were clear and you won't have a problem at the lobby. Joel provides 2 pairs of slippers which is very helpful just consider cleaning it before and after use for hygiene purposes. Cooking and dining tools are provided with rice cooker and an electric kettle. No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring/buy your own. Shampoo and soap provided in dispensers. There are lots of storage just explore them and put to good use.

Abby’s place exceeded my expectations. As soon as i opened the door, i was already amazed. the unit smells good, is very clean, organized and welcoming. They have thought out everything from bottled water, coffee station, first aid kits, even weighing scale for your luggage. They even have a basket for stuffs that you might need but forgot to bring. The fact that Abbys place is close to establishments is just a cherry on the icing. The unit is very comfy and relaxing, with big smart TV and great sounds, i didn’t mind staying in the unit and just chill. My fave home away from home. Will definitely be back. Thank you Ms. Abby for accommodating me.
