The Hobbit House apartment is located on the 1st floor of this home with a 2nd guest apartment in the basement. Very convenient to the General Wayne A Downing Airport in a safe quiet small town! *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* Cozy & welcoming with lots of character including the original squeeky hardwood floors, and warm electric fireplace.
