Loft holiday rentals in Tbilisi

The location, layout, comfort and all the amenities of the house, the location being close to everywhere was great. The only problem was that the building was a little scary, a little creepy, but it was the best experience I've ever had. If I come again, you can be sure that I will choose it again. 😇✨

Beautiful flat with authentic vibe, nice light, everything needed here for stay. Planned to stay for 3 days, stayed 8. It was nice to spend time there reflecting and chilling. Thanks Sofio for that experience.

Our stay was great! The hosts were very responsive and quick to address any issues. We had some problems with the drainage, which they tried to fix immediately, but unfortunately, the issue persisted, and we had to leave. However, they handled everything professionally and refunded us for the unused nights without any issues. Great communication and service!

The location is good, centrally located. Communication with Laven is very good. Quick and effective. The place is just what he described. He has 2 aircon/heater, one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Other rooms has no heater. Big balcony with view of city. During my stay, I was having a problem about the car park in the back yard. It seemed that all spaces occupied by his Neighbours. Anyway, there is public street parking in front of the apartment with 1 GEL / hour.

Nikoloz and his father were very welcoming and their unit made me feel at home. They were very responsive with any questions I had. Very nice hosts. The studio loft was quite interesting and it's pretty quiet when the windows are closed. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Fridge, washing machine, hot stove, silverware, cooking utensils and pots are provided. Bathroom towels, toilet paper and soap are also provided. The bed is big and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The outdoor patio is also spacious and there's a good view of the city. Looks really nice at night. Due to the sloping roof and ceiling, the shower stall will be quite small for taller people. It would've been nice to have shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice to put in. Definitely recommend Nikoloz' studio loft to anyone. Would stay here again if I return to Tbilisi in the future.

The host is extremely helpful and very responsive. Really excellent. The apartment is spacious. Obviously it is a loft apartment, so if you are unable to climb stairs, then this is not the place for you. I had no difficulties even with luggage. Excellent location! The only downside was the bed wasn’t very comfortable, partly because the pillows were not great and the bedding was too small for the bed. Essentially single sheets on a double bed.

Let me review in Thai for Thai traveler. 1. Ruska is very quick to answer any questions by chat box. All questions are clear. 2. When you arrive at the Local Guide, you can call the entrance to the apartment. Two men come to welcome you, show you in and help with your bags. Very impressed. 3. The person who showed them in, recommended the place, and provided extra sheets, pillowcases, as well. 4. The room is spacious with a separate kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Georgia has a iron rod dryer that releases the heat to dry the laundry quickly (never found in Thailand). 5. Best location, in the heart of the city, with parking. 6. Less than 500 meters walk to Liberty square. There are 3 convenience stores next to the property. There is a supermarket (Carrefour, Goodwill) nearby. Liberty square is awesome. You can buy fresh food to cook. 7. The kitchen is fully equipped, electric stove, microwave, sink. Most importantly, the price of friendship is the most recommended.

We loved our time at Tamar’s place, surrounded by wonderful art in beautiful spaces with high ceilings! A wonderful experience to stay in such a special apartment in Tbilisi.

I have stayed at the place for almost two months. Good apartment and location.

I was living there for 4 months. It was perfect. One problem - if electricity was turned off (for the district - it happened sometime), you need to restart the hot water heater (which wasn't available from my part of the flat) But the owner knows about that (gets an SMS notification from the electricity company) and came after that to do it, even if I can't. So, as a result, it wasn't a big problem. PS When I rented a second part of the flat, I did it myself. PPS, it was one of the best flats I've lived in. And the full-wall window perspective from the bedroom was amazing!

Megagalactically stylish devices in Tblisi. Designed to trifles, paintings, loft trim, brick, concrete, parquet, light, mirrors. The style and spirit of Georgia in every detail of the interior. New house, nearby grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, stall with bread, vegetables/fruits. The metro station is no more than 5 minutes on foot. Freedom Square is 25 minutes to the old town +- 30 minutes to an easy walk along the beautiful avenue and the wonderful city of Tbilisi. Parking near the house or along the road, may be a problem, but for 2 nights of arrival I always parked at the front entrance. Quick contactless check-in, instructions from the host with a code from the lockbox at the entrance with the keys. The building has elevator, apartment on the 2nd floor with windows into the courtyard of the Ministry of Finance. The living room is combined with kitchen: comfortable sofa, armchairs, TV, cinema, dining table, chairs. Kitchen with good appliances, expensive dishes as in a restaurant (variety is amazing), spices, oil, coffee tea, sweets, sweets, water. 1 Bedroom - 2 single beds that can be moved if needed, designer chair + very nice balcony with table and vineyard (there is a dryer). 2 bedroom - double bed, wardrobe, floor window and design again. High-quality linen, towels, towels, robes, mattresses. Bathroom in general a work of art, expensive plumbing, washing machine, toothbrushes and paste, washing powders, shampoos and gels + good expensive toilet paper with spares! The smell of expensive spirits in the apartment is relaxing and in love with every centimeter of the interior. A well-functioning air conditioner. In such apartments, you can make your best photo shoot for lovers. 300% RECOMMENDED If you are lucky enough to remove these arrangements, this will be your standard of ideal accommodations that you have ever rented. Your host Levan and his spouse will give you a holiday in terms of living in Tbilisi and, if necessary, resolve any issue from wine to where to go and what to see. P.S. I have been traveling the world for over 15 years and I am sure I can say that this is the first time in my life I wanted to move all the design to the smallest detail to my apartment + will be back very soon.

The place is much bigger than the pictures. Very spacious! Nice kitchen with all the essentials you need. Wifi is fast for remote work and bonus is there an actual desk to use. Place is up a hill - But its not that steep. Shops, resturants, supermarkets & metro are 5 min walk away. Neighbours are nice & quiet and the place is secure. And Irina was very helpfull and great with communicating I would stay again. 10/10

A beautiful and cozy apartment in a great location of Tbilisi - good views, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything you would need. If you are looking for a place to be able to get everywhere easily - this is an amazing pick. The apartment is spacious and you feel right at home. The old architecture and courtyards around make it so much better. Tamar is also an extremely hospitable and communicative host. If you need recommendations for restaurants or are looking for something more specific - she is always willing to help. Definitely recommend the place for everyone coming to Tbilisi!

This is the second best place out of 5 places we stayed in our 3 weeks visit. All amenities and cleaning supplies are provided. The hosts are responsive, helpful and provide good customer service. The place is like 5 min to the bridge of Peace, sulphuric bath the old town city center attractions. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it. It would be like a private, cozy small nest for you and your partner and close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Marlen’s place! He is an exceptional host and even kindly offered to pick us up from the airport. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, featuring a spacious balcony that wraps around from the kitchen, around the living room, and all the way to the bedroom. Upon entering, we were delighted to find the apartment spotlessly clean and fully equipped. As we enjoy cooking, we appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed—well-organized, clean, and in great working condition. The location is in a quiet residential area, with several small grocery stores and one large supermarket all within walking distance. Fitness enthusiasts will also love that there are three gyms nearby, including one just across the street. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This is a nice and comfy place in a great location. Might be a better match for touristy folk over work&travel, since you only get one window and it is somewhat dark during the day.

Beautifully spacious apartment in prime central Tbilisi, steps away from the Philharmonie and surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, and metro access. Check-in was smooth and included a thoughtful neighborhood tour. The famous Natia's bakery is just 50m away, serving delicious khachapuri until late. Perfect for long-term stays. I visited in winter - like most Tbilisi apartments, the electric heating requires some patience to warm up the space, but this is typical for the city. For the best experience, consider visiting in spring or summer when the city truly shines.

Great location....literally 100 m. from supermarket, pharmacy, meat shop. Carrefour 400 m away. Bus stop 500 m. and one can go anywhere in the city, the public transport is first class.
