Grab a bean bag and a book,sit in the bush or on the bush edge and allow nature to nurse you and relax.

Josie and Neil welcome you to Hetherington Downs, their quiet 42 acre North Waikato rural property, set well away from the road & with magnificent views over Lake Waahi and beyond It is a 10m x 3m self contained Compac cabin with a 10m x 3m deck It is most suitable for a couple, but also has a pull out sofa bed (& folding mattress) for your use if required The cabin was new in June 2017 and has now been set up for Airbnb guests It is your quiet space & as such, no TV or Wifi is provided

Hart Farm B&B - No Cleaning Fee

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern and was brand new in 2019. There is a covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. A north facing aspect located above the Karangahake Gorge just a short walk/drive from the Owharoa Waterfall where the most scenic parts of the Hauraki rail-trail cycle-way can be accessed. From the cottage deck survey the Coromandel and watch tui, bellbird, kereru, kaka and more vie for your attention.

We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.
