An absolute gem!! My adult daughter and her hiking friend stayed here for 4 nights whilst hiking in the Nelson Lake area. They absolutely loved it. It was so cosy and lots of room for the 2 of them. So close to hiking areas, easy parking, easy to find. Washing machine was a bonus. Rachel and David could not have been more accommodating prior to booking, during booking and after booking. Our second stay, just as amazing as the first! Lovely breakfast and extra touches. We were warm and snug through quite a stormy night.

Beautiful location the views are amazing. Take time to walk the trails. Walking up every morning to views of Piha was incredible. Easy to cook and be self contained. Loved it.

What a location, and a wonderful space! Tim greeted us, answered questions and even offered for us to use his washing machine to catch up dirty clothes accumulation with our new Zealand road trip, most welcoming. We will definitely use the great outdoor bath next time, a little too cold and wet weather for this time !

Such a beautiful spot! The cabin is simple but beautifully done. Loved the walks the owners have marked out and the friendly bird life. There’s some pretty frisky sandflies down by the river but they weren’t too much of a hassle up by the cabin itself. I actually did end up having cell coverage, albeit limited, but everything’s otherwise off the grid which was nice and helped disconnect from work. I got lucky and had gloriously sunny days, so no troubles with the solar hot water. Great stay! Could’ve happily stayed another day, which the owners have noted is a common piece of feedback they get and I can see why.

Great little cabin right on the riverside. very peaceful and private. Loved the outdoor firepit and outdoor bath. Very cosy cabin! Gr4eat communication from the start. Will definitely be back

This is my 2nd stay in this piece of paradise, it's beautiful rustic charm, captures your heart time and time again. Louise and Bruce are just the most beautiful, warm and genuine people, and i feel truly blessed that i found and that they share this beautiful part of their world. Thank you again, so very much.

Was an amazing stay!

Super cute tidy, well fitted out and designed place. Easily the best Airbnb we've stayed at! Absolutely loved the careful care to every detail, and especially the spa, sauna, and outdoor shower - so awesome and relaxing, all in a cute wee package. Hope to pop back next time we're in NP!

Megan is an Awesome host. Her unit is cozy, exactly as described, close to town and nature (beautiful backdrop of mountains).

Raglan Bungalow is a special place securely tucked in a peaceful and private oasis that is a mix between tropical beach vibes and comfy country home feel with indoor & outdoor living, connected to nature. The outdoor bathtub is magical especially when the cleansing rain pours. The beautiful decorative designs and kitchenette displays, layout of the bedroom, open outdoor space, living area were all incredibly delightful to experience. Bungalow has the best water pressure shower leaving one feeling super clean and refresh. There were days it was simply relaxing to stay in to enjoy the Bungalow. The treehouse is an amazing little place to stay to get away and relax. So peaceful and charming. Joanna is a great host, very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved my stay in the containership. It rained the entire time I was in the Waikato for fieldays and the containership offered a warm cozy retreat at the end of a long day. The hosts were incredible communicators and even went the extra mile to provide me with the use of their crockpot for easy dinners after a long day. One of the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Incredible craftsmanship and wonderful private outlook. 10 out of 10

Fantastic would be selling it short! Not only is Brad, super responsive and accomodating, but the location itself over seeing the Bay Area, the outdoor tub (amazing way to wake up) and the intuitive layout inside along with the automation makes this stay an absolute gem!

What an absolutely incredible find! 🤩 We wanted a cozy getaway from Auckland and I’m so so glad we found Hayley and Matt’s place! The tiny home is beautifully set up - it feels really spacious and homely, and had everything we need (including some lovely touches like homemade cookies and great coffee). The spa was so great to have access too, and despite being close to the main house everything was completely private and felt like our own little getaway. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Hannah’s place was great. Beautiful views and the town nearby had some amazing food options. The only thing I would say is that was the heater would time out in the middle of the night. No matter how long we set the timer so it would get pretty chilly. But other than that beautiful place!

5 stars – Worth every dollar! Absolutely stunning stay. This gorgeous little space is tucked away in the heart of New Zealand’s breathtaking natural scenery — the perfect peaceful retreat. Everything was clean, cozy, and beautifully styled, with thoughtful touches throughout. Waking up to birdsong and being surrounded by nature made the experience unforgettable. Worth every dollar — we’ll definitely be back!

The Dome is a lovely and peaceful getaway and was a highlight on my road trip in NZL so far. Birds chirping, wind softly stroking the plants: exactly what you would expect from a more private & quiet accomodation to relax & calm down. It's really worth to get to the Dome before it is dark and to soak in the atmosphere in the lovely garden. If you are lucky with the weather, you might be greeted by a sky full of stars at night. I was greeted kindly and the instructions on how to get to the accomodation were very clear. Definitely recommendable!

Could not recommend this beautiful spot more — it’s cosy, peaceful, and just feels like home away from home. Chanel is a great communicator and gave easy to follow instructions well ahead of time. Great place for a peaceful getaway. Private and beautiful country side scenery. Host very polite and made sure we got whatever we needed. Would stay again and recommend this place for any couple wanting a quiet and peaceful weekend away.
