Hideaway at Woodfort Estate

JasmineRating, 5 stars3 days ago
A beautiful, secluded and picturesque stay for a special birthday. The pictures do not do the amazing views justice! The place was cozy and sweet, the outdoor bath is very cool to sit out and watch the stars, with some cute sheep in the next door paddock to keep you company. Don’t be deterred by the long driveway, it is totally manageable and so worth it, it’s like being on top of the world when you sit and enjoy a cuppa on the porch. Many thanks!

Thanks so much for an amazing stay Kaye. The guesthouse was immaculate, spacious and very well setup with everything you need. We really appreciated your kindness and little details like fresh fruit and breakfast supplies. It was a perfect home away from home.

Willow View Cottage near Waitomo

AlflexRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Super great place! Squeaky clean and everything looked fantastic! The hosts were super responsive and had detailed everything down to a T. Place was in a remote area super peaceful and quiet, the night sky was amazing, you can see the stars so clearly. Close to Waitomo Caves and not too far from Hamilton around a 45 minute drive. Pretty much everything you may need in located in local town not to far from the location. Overall everything was great and would be super keen to visit again! P.S. the cute little kittens and cats were a well-needed bonus!!

Perfect little country retreat. Super well laid out and the whole place seemed pretty large! Had everything you’d want for a 4 night getaway. To be fair had more than you’d expect. Highly recommend.

Fiadh Cabin - Off Grid Paradise

KarenRating, 5 stars5 months ago
5/5 recommended! My partner and I had a wonderful one-night stay in Jamie’s cabin. Very clean and well designed, a NZ-typical view, a friendly dog that greeted us and very welcoming hosts made the experience unforgettable. Just consider that the cabin itself only has a kitchenette. For the usage of the kitchen mentioned in the description, you‘d need to use Jamie‘s kitchen in the house next door (which was directly offered to us).

The Rimu Hut: Luxury riverside and off-grid

EllaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My partner and I had very peaceful weekend away in the rimu hut. The surroundings are beautiful, and the hut itself has everything you could need. The wood fired bath is an added bonus, and the minimeg fireplace keeps the hut warm throughout the night. There was a mix of all weathers during our stay, with more rainbows than I could count, and the farm and our time there remained lovely throughout. Thank you for providing such a special space! : )

Hydrangea Tiny Home

TriciaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Had a great stay at Hydrangea Tiny Home. It was clean, cozy, and had everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The view over King Country was stunning and the whole setting was so peaceful. Plus, it’s only a 15-minute drive to the Waitomo Glowworm Caves, which is super handy if you’re exploring the area. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Highly recommend!
