Our hallmark is kindness and cleanliness. We are pet-friendly, we have two beautiful pets that are in the space, Popeye and Olivia.

Amplia cabaña ubicada en un barrio tranquilo, en patio trasero de casa habitacional, cercana a supermercados, parques, hospitales y restaurantes, con excelente acceso a locomoción. Cuenta con entrada independiente y tiene disponible un estacionamiento cerrado. Cuenta además, con una maravillosa y amplia terraza rodeada de naturaleza. La cabaña cuenta con una cama matrimonial y un sillón cama en caso de necesitar más espacio.

Beautiful Loft, inserted in a rustic atmosphere with a nice view of the Valdivia River. It has thermopanel windows, is very bright and has a modern structure. Pellet heating, security camera, cable TV, excellent Internet, Smart TV, electronic ignition water heater, grill etc. *Before check-in, the Loft is subjected to sterilization and disinfection by the use of an ultraviolet (UVC) lamp and with ozone, which allows reaching every corner of the place destroying viruses and bacteria.

Cabin located in an excellent area, steps away from downtown Valdivia! You won't need your car to get around downtown!! 7 minutes from the waterfront walking distance! and one block from the mall. It has an equipped kitchen, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, parking, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a small gazebo in the backyard. During your stay, we'll be available for everything you need, whether it's information about a place to visit, or something you need for the cabin!

Cabin located 7 to 10 minutes from downtown (by taxi) or car, residential neighborhood. Accommodates 4 people, on the second floor, one bedroom with a double bed, closet included, and another with two single beds, with a dresser. On the first floor, an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, kitchenware, dishes and services, bathroom, living room, cable TV on the first floor, Wi-Fi, separate entrance.

Casa demmerer Valdivia

It's an excellent starting point for visiting the city. We are located on the urban-rural border, 12 minutes from downtown by vehicle. The train station is approximately 600 meters away, so we recommend coming by car. The cabin is equipped with the amenities of a modern home and features slow-burning heating, with firewood provided for the entire stay. Each guest must bring their own towels. We're waiting for you!

Rustic cabin with an atmosphere on Teja Island

A bright 27m2 cabin located in the courtyard of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket and restaurant area nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.

A small cabin,

A small cabin surrounded by fruit trees and very cozy nature. The master bedroom is in an attic. There is a sofa bed on the first floor, with a terrace, swimming pool, parking, and a small grill. Ideal for a couple only, with a child or companion. We have laundry. The cost for 10 kgs. is $5,000.00 and includes drying. Heating is only for winter. We rent a kayak for 2 people and a Canadian canoe

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation, an ideal space for a couple or person visiting the city. Equipped with everything you need to be at peace. Ideal for people who don't mind our little dog Venus who usually walks in the garden, she is not at all aggressive, just playful.
