Supermarked is a small ride of 10 minutes away, and the city of Bergen an additional 30 minutes. A gas barbecque grill on request, can be available.

Above the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road.
