Villa holiday rentals in Telchac Puerto

What a beautiful house, or I should say houses (plural) as the entrance, kitchen and living room are in the first house. The bedroom, fabulous shower/sitting bathtub, walk-in closet and toilet are in a separate house - both are separated by a wonderful swimming pool on the side of a veritable « jungle » of plants and palm trees. We spent a good amount of time in the pool or sitting and reading by it. The bedroom was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and cooled by a wall a/c unit. The tv can be tilted toward the bed and is just large enough. The all marble shower/bath is lovely and the water very hot, which we loved. The door security system is easy to operate. Overall, we had a wonderful time and recommend Cecilia’s house highly. Cecilia gave us a very warm welcome and her staff took care of one midweek cleaning and 3 pool skimming that are definitely necessary due to the steadily falling leaves from the « jungle ». Loved our stay !!!

Estuvimos muy agusto, limpio, solo en recepción falto un poco de atención, llegamos muy cargadas y no ayudaron.

Muy linda casa tal cual las fotos , muy limpia y lo que agradecí fue las almohadas jaja las almohadas muy cómodas y la cama también 🙌🏻 la zona muy tranquila y lo mejor hay lugar seguro y cómodo para los autos. Con mucho gusto volvería a hospedarme aquí , lo recomiendo !!

¡Nos encantó el lugar! El apartamento estaba muy cómodo y con una vista preciosa. La ubicación es perfecta para descansar y disfrutar de la playa. Todo estaba tal como se muestra en las fotos. Sin duda volveríamos, fue una experiencia excelente!

Casa Sisal is an amazing property, beautiful modern open house with stunning views, the beach and the ocean are very peaceful and private we did not see anybody our whole stay, the kids enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. The palapa is great for an afternoon drink while watching the sunset. Carlos and Brenda were very nice and helpful, everything they prepared to eat was very good, from morning chilaquiles to seasoned grilled fish. Internet was fast. We will definitley be going back!

It's a bit further from the center than I thought, and the neighborhood is a little scruffy, but Casa Dos Suenos is an OASIS! The house is beautiful, and the pool provided a much-needed refuge from the heat - 105 for days in a row. We enjoyed the pool, BBQ, and the AC in bedrooms.

Casa Wajus is nothing but a piece of paradise!!! Patricia our host was wonderful, she communicated in a friendly and respectful manner and quick to respond. My family and I loved it!!!!

Muriel’s home is a beautiful paradise! The house is very spacious. Loved the big kitchen. It has all the essentials to cook a meal. My family and I enjoyed every space. Each room has its private shower/bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool/lounge area. The home is walking distance to El Centro and restaurants (10-15 min walk). It’s very safe to walk. Locals are really friendly too. Thank you Muriel for sharing your beautiful home and we would definitely stay at your home again.

Casa María es PRECIOSA!!! Las instalaciones son de 100, don José y doña Claudia son de lo mejor, nos consintieron mucho con sus platillos y bebidas increibles. Como recomendación a los futuros visitantes, hagan una buena compra (supermercado) antes de ir a la casa ya que salir es complejo por el camino de terracería, así que lleguen con todo. De todas maneras, cuentan con el servicio de compras y diligencias por si hace falta. Pasamos unos días increibles en familia, fue la primera visita de nuestro bebé a la playa y sin duda fue una de las mejores. Regresaremos!!!!! La playa es de otro nivel y literal es un pedacito del cielo en Yucatán. Cuiden mucho el alojamiento tan divino. La comunicación muy buena con el anfitrión, siempre pendiente y amable. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Caro. The house and cabanas are spacious and beautifully decorated. The service was great and the food delicious: Luis, Karla and Gilda were very caring and helpful. The host was very accomodated and respond quickly to questions. Everything was perfect as it seems on line!

I don't even know her to begin. this house is absolutely beautiful. there are five extremely large bedrooms, with each having its own large bathroom. the kitchen is a chefs dream. there is a cute courtyard in the center of the house & a side yard w/ pool. we felt very safe here, as it has a tall wall & security gates. across the street is a mall. the entrance is about a 1.5 minute walk, but don't worry about noise or traffic at all. there is a pharmacy/convenience store just around the corner. Juan, the house manager, lives on site so he is always available. He is a super friendly man! the owners were very communicative & gave helpful info ahead of time, even suggesting that we place our grocery delivery order from walmart. we had our groceries delivered the morning we arrived. Juan received them & put them away for us. we 100% WILL be back!!!!! this was our 1st trip to merida for all 10 of us & fell in love with the city & this AirBnb.

La casa es HERMOSA, la playa está espectacular y nos encanto la ubicación que te da el sentimiento de que la playa es solo para ustedes. En realidad se siente muy privada la zona y es perfecta para relajarte y tener la playa para ti. Las vistas de la casa son hermosas! Volveríamos a quedarnos en la casa, nos encanto estar alado del mar. Por otro lado, lo que creo que se debe mejorar es que en nuestra estadía el agua de la alberca al tercer dia ya necesitaba limpiarse pues se puso verde al no ser alberca de cloro, creemos que le falto mantenimiento. La atención de Jean Pierre es espectacular, en todo momento recibimos respuesta de él y siempre busco ayudarnos con lo que requiriéramos o resolver cualquier duda. Gracias Jean Pierre por tu apoyo y respuesta en todo momento! Excelente host.

My family and I had a great time here. the home is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. Landy was a wonderful cook and made us some of the most delicious meals that we had on our trip. Un excelente espacio para vacacionar en la playa. Cómodo, con todo lo necesario para relajarse . Excelente atención por parte de los anfitriones, siempre pendientes y atentos. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y espaciosas con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. El área muy tranquila y cerca de tiendas y servicios. La descripción del lugar fue precisa y la casa cuenta con todo lo que se necesita. Esperamos regresar pronto!

Increíble alojamiento. Laura estuvo en comunicación con nosotros en todo momento y nos recibió personalmente a nuestra llegada. El lugar cuenta con todas las amenidades que se publican, y la realidad supera lo que se ve en las fotos: es aún más bonito en persona. La estancia fue muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. Todo, desde la cocina y el aire acondicionado hasta la alberca, estaba en excelentes condiciones y cuentan con amenidades para estar cómodo en la playa como sillas, hielera, etc. La playa está relativamente cerca; caminar con muchas cosas puede ser algo cansado, pero la distancia no es excesiva. Aun así, te recomendaría rentar un auto para mayor comodidad, especialmente porque del aeropuerto a la casa hay aproximadamente 45 minutos de trayecto. Tener carro hace todo más práctico durante la estancia. La playa es excelente y muy tranquila, sin mucha gente. ¡UN EXCELENTE AIRBNB AL QUE SIN DUDA REGRESARÍA!

Great house. We were there in low season, May, so very quiet, which we preferred. The house is well equipped (but no scissors in kitchen). Private beach is great. Caretakers on site, so very safe. Could do with a little upgrade. Some paint, bedside table lamps and the sun loungers need some repainting/replacing. The beds are queens/doubles (+/- 1.40m (140 CM) wide) so I would not stay here with 12 people, unless there are loads of kids who can share a bed. I think 4 adults sharing per bedroom would be stretching it. We were only 3 adults, so all own bathroom which is great. No aircon in main living space, but with windows open on both sides and the ceiling vans you get enough draft through. Bedrooms all have aircon + ceiling van. Works a charm. We loved it as it was quiet and big ! Enjoyed the new smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV for late night movie night.

Fantastic stay! The place is beautiful - the pictures don’t do its justice. Location is excellent - no more than 10-13 mins walk to historic part of town, the Main Street, any other sights and a selection of excellent restaurants.

La casa está muy bonita, los jardines muy bien cuidados al igual que la casa, el apoyo de alex nos facilito mucho la estancia, la pasamos muy bien en familia, muy relajante el ambiente con el canto de los pájaros

Excelente casa, cómoda y con una vista espectacular al mar. si desea salir un rato de la casa puede visitar Telchac, un pueblo pesquero con el encanto de lo sencillo que se hace bello. Ermilio muy presente en todo momento al igual que Sr José el casero que fue muy amable y funcional cada día Solo sugeriría iluminar más el exterior hacia la playa Recomendada la casa al 100%

Excelentes cocina con vista al mar, pero seria genial mosquiteros para disfrutar de la brisa, y en el cuarto de television un A.A. quedaria super, nos encantaron las habitaciones pero como yucateca, no estaria d mas unos hamaqueros! la playa divina! gracias estef x la atencion!! hermosa vivienda con su hermosa alberca!
