Holiday rentals in Temple

This is the second time we have rented from Heather and we would definitely do so again. The view from the deck is stunning. The kitchen is well equipped should one want to prepare meals. The apartment is immaculate! The apartment is quiet and the information sheet provided by the host regarding house rules and information on how to work the coffee maker and tv was extremely thorough. Any questions were answered promptly and courteously. We look forward to renting from Heather again.

Erin & Joseph were the BEST hosts! Booked before they were superhosts and honestly, they deserve it! Full kitchen. Cabin smells so amazing — like fresh lumber. Reminds me of my grandfather’s cottage from my childhood. There’s a fire pit which was perfect for our stay. Bed was super comfortable! We came for our anniversary and they left us water bottles, flowers, mugs, cake and cookies — which were SO GOOD! There was also movie snacks waiting for us on the coffee table! It’s so peaceful, we hated to leave. The natural lighting makes the morning sunlight come into the cabin so lovely. It was an absolute dream! There are also board games upstairs for kiddos! There’s also a trail to walk around in the woods. There’s tons of parking. If you like supporting local businesses, there’s plenty around for firewood, honey, pastries, syrup, etc. Erin was also so sweet when we forgot to take the trash out for checking out 🤦🏻‍♀️😆 Seriously, book with them! It was the best AirBnB experience we’ve ever had

What can I say, this place is truly amazing as well as Joao is an amazing host. This is my second time booking this place and I have no complaints. By the far the best air bnb I have stayed in. It checks all the boxes, every detail and every carefully thought out extra down to having smores and camp fire supplies to the grill supplies to the carefully placed throws in the living room. This place feels like your home while you’re there, tranquil and so safe. This place is better than pictured and is HUGE in person. Everyone I brought with me just kept repeating how much they loved the space and how it was perfect. Joao also personally went out of his way to refund half of my stay due to the fact of me having to leave early the first time I stayed for emergency reasons, I didn’t ask or request for a refund but he did it off his own choice, which he did not have to do. 10/10 experience all around the board. Anytime I’m in the area, I’ll be staying here ! Don’t double think it, just BOOK.

This was a perfect base camp for our ski trip!! The property is awesome! We seen a moose in the side yard as well! I’d stay here again.

Check in was easy. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 children and a dog. It was nice and quiet on a dead end road. Had a fire pit which was great for s’more’s with the kids after a long day. The river was great and the waterfalls were 20 minutes away. There’s a nice park for the kids down by the fire station. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time. All in all it was nice get away retreat. If you enjoy nature and being able to see the stars then this is the spot for you.

Beautiful spacious yet cozy lakeside cabin, so close to the lake that you just see water from most of the inside of the camp. This cabin has history and the open knotty pine ceiling, walls and floors lend a great deal of warmth to the place, while numerous modern updates/amenities have been added (new/modern bathroom, appliances and deck). We have stayed at many Airbnbs and have never seen one stocked as well as this one - virtually anything a person could want or need was provided: the kitchen had everything you could need and more, supplies, fans, heaters, tools, numerous indoor and outdoor games, kayaks, floats, a standup paddleboard and a plethora of chairs inside and out (including several pieces of antique furniture, further adding to the warmth of the camp). There was even a tree swing and an outdoor fire setup for smores. Our dog loved it as much as we did! Add the loons, eagles, ospreys, sunrises and general beauty of this Maine lake and this is a wonderful place to stay.

Ben was a great host! The apartment is perfect for 3-5 people and the location is perfect. 20 minutes to sugarloaf and walking distance to restaurants and a general store.

Booked last minute for a work trip, and admit I did not look very closely at pictures when doing so. When I arrived, I was surprised to see such an adorable and perfect place. The decor is amazing, and the place is perfect. The kitchen and the bathroom are dream rooms, the shower is amazing and the kitchen is perfect and out of a magazine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, will def book again when traveling in Maine.
