The building doesn't have an elevator. The building is located near the main bypass and the main roundabout. Also close to all the necessary amenities (shopping mall, pharmacy...) and cultural monuments and amenities that can be visited on foot. Close to the bus and train station, and the Zrinjevac sports hall. Parking space provided.

Pored zgrade je javni parking koji se ne plaća a odmah preko puta je mala trgovina. 50m od zgrade je pekara/zalogajnica Mlinar koja radi 7 dana u tjednu do kasno u noći.
