This apartment is on the top floor of the house, it has two beds, one double and one single. It has a kitchenette and small dining area, work area and TV with Roku. A full bathroom and street view. The refrigerator, grill, and microwave (kitchen) are shared with other guests. There is no parking, you can leave the car in front of the house on the street. Hot water is solar heated. If the days are cloudy, you may not have hot water.

It has a projector and Chromecast to turn the room into a cinema! Center 7 minutes walk.

Comfortable room, up to 4 people. Separate exit to the pool and green areas, private bathroom with hot water and dressing room. As shared areas we have an equipped kitchen, dining room and living area which will be at your service whenever you like. Outside there are anafres, barbecue and smoking area. You can also park your car inside the property. Massage and Jacuzzi service is available at an extra cost.
