Holiday rentals with lake access in Termeil

We had a wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations. The house was incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for our family, and the bonus of having two kitchens made everything so much easier when catering for a big group. The outdoor play area was a huge hit with the kids – plenty of space for them to run around and stay entertained. The fire pit was another highlight, perfect for relaxing in the cool evening and enjoying quality time together. One night simply wasn’t enough—we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly, comfortable, and well-equipped getaway!

Dianne has been a wonderful host. The check-in process was clear and concise. The greetings card left on the kitchen bench with lots of helpful information and recommendations. We really enjoyed our short getaway during the weekend in Dianne’s lovely house.

This was my second time staying at Jimmy’s place. We had two lovely cosy nights in using the kitchen. Well located but quiet and a spacious living area. We are trail runners so the location was perfect for nearby runs in Fitzroy Falls, Morton National Park etc.

The house was incredible for our Easter weekend away. Renee left us with a nice touch of placing Easter eggs around the house and little bunny footprints. The beds were incredibly comfy and we would 100% book the house again!

Great 70’s hideaway. Loved the little touches that make it a special stay. Very cosy for our little family with young kids. Would stay again!

Lovely place, clean, well presented- no surprises. Well stocked pantry with some essentials for meals. A very easy walk to the beach and local shops. Communication with Linda was easy. Callala Bay is beautiful.

This house is enormous and amazing. The photos don't do it justice. Clean, free of clutter and warm (we went in winter). Tracey's communication was great, there was PLENTY of crockery, cutlery, glassware & basic kitchenware. Even the little things like having ice in the freezer & teabags in the pantry were catered to. Really liked this house and we'll gladly stay there next time we're in town.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Beautiful views to wake up to, right on the beach, with coffee shops, bars and restaurants just a few steps away! Flat was also pristine with nothing that hadn’t been thought of by the hosts. We felt very looked after. Also very flexible and let us extend our trip because we loved it so much! Thank you very much!!!

Lovely spot. The flat is very comfortable and has everything needed. Really lovely outdoor area and outlook onto George’s Basin. Great to have access to a fire pit and bar-b-que, even though we didn’t use them.

Jo is a wonderful host! Very friendly and welcoming from the get go, we were very impressed by the lux feel and the overall aesthetic of her home. Could not fault the cleanliness standards she keeps or the amenities available to make your stay a comfortable and easy experience (washer/dryer/dishwasher etc) Couldn’t ask for a better view or location either right on the water and in a quiet but central location.

The place was beautiful. The bed was big and cozy. The kitchen and fridge stocked for necessities which helped with the morning coffee crave. It was lovely that there were snacks too as we haven’t gone to the shops when we arrived. Overall amazing place. Will definitely be back. Tony was also very accomodating with clear instructions ☺️

Stay in sussex was really great, it was a family trip and the environment, location, the house was really good. We all had a great time. Mainly the location is really good, just in front of the water, close to the markets and also all the amenities were available.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to some nice beaches and towns with good hospitality venues. Would absolutely return.

We loved our stay, the whole place was immaculate! The kitchen was really well equipped and the books and toys for our little one were such a lovely touch. Highly recommend.

We had a really great stay at David’s place! Walking distance from the beach, clean and easy to get to an IGA and cafes. The place itself was lovely, with a little balcony and you could hear the ocean from the house. Would recommend!

Absolutely a 5 star stay! The indoor & outdoor fire pit were set up and ready to go. The surroundings were amazing! Even the bed linen was soft & cosy! The wildlife was a beautiful bonus! We were so kindly given food for the sheep and able to explore at our leisure what felt like a rainforest getaway! The spa is definitely a great touch too! Thank you so much - highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the beach shack, it had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway! The house was lovely, and the location is fantastic. Would love to come back and stay again!

Leah was easy to communicate with. I loved the little touches in and around the little house. Its a compact home but has everything for a comfortable stay. The dogs loved the backyard, which was securely fenced so we could attend the Viking Festival for a few hours.

What an amazing place. The cottage was clean and incredibly comfortable. Tobi's communication was excellent & we really enjoyed the delicious home baked biscuits left for us. The house backs onto the lake and we enjoyed the basin walk alongside the lake. The house is private, quiet and peaceful. We even had the pleasure of waking up to a beautiful mob of kangaroos resting on the back lawn. We enjoyed our breakfast with them. They weren't phased by us at all. We can't wait to return for another peaceful getaway.

Great spot for a break from the city. We had great weather and it made the stay perfect. Waking up in the morning seeing the kangaroos around was something else. Very good set up!

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully decorated cottage. It had everything a family could need – from games and books to table tennis – and the cosy fire made it feel warm and welcoming. We especially loved the front porch with its rocking chairs, perfect for a morning coffee in the sunshine. Watching kangaroos grazing on the lawn was a real highlight. A beautifully appointed place a stones throw from the beach! Great for four adults and two kids for our Easter beach trip. Nicky and Anita were very helpful and communicative hosts. Would 10/10 recommend!
