This rustic townhouse has an open concept, with large and integrated spaces, both inside and outside the house, with comfort and technology. It offers a unique and exclusive experience, as it is close to the sea and at the same time allows a privileged view of the Serra Gaúcha. The master suite has ample space and a double hot tub. Close to the center of the quiet Arroio Teixeira, there is an integrated leisure space with a balcony, a deck with a swimming pool and a kiosk in the outdoor area.

The place is unique for 2 people. The space is a reefer container with planned furniture and gas heated shower. Panoramic view of the surroundings and the sea in the background. Perfect terrace for sunbathing. Very ventilated without the need for air-conditioning. The space has everything to cook. Dry and ventilated with temperature control by the windows. New furniture and planned for home office. We don't host smokers. We do not host pets. We do not offer sheets and towels.

Comfortable for families, with space for barbecue and fun in its large patio. It has a garage for 5 cars, 2 of which are covered and 3 in the patio. Curumim is a beach known for its tranquility and in this house it will be no different, you can sit in the patio and enjoy a wonderful breeze with your mate.
