This rustic townhouse has an open concept, with large and integrated spaces, both inside and outside the house, with comfort and technology. It offers a unique and exclusive experience, as it is close to the sea and at the same time allows a privileged view of the Serra Gaúcha. The master suite has ample space and a double hot tub. Close to the center of the quiet Arroio Teixeira, there is an integrated leisure space with a balcony, a deck with a swimming pool and a kiosk in the outdoor area.

Beautiful and cozy house for special days. It has 2 lawn grounds, swimming pool and game room with pool table and card table. The house provides 4 equipped bedrooms (bed/table/bath), wardrobe, ceiling fan and three of them with direct access to the pisicina and a suite, totaling 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with crockery and appliances. Kiosk with table, barbecue and skewers. Equipped laundry and beach chairs. Living room with TV and fireplace, Wi-Fi and 24-hour security.

The place is unique for 2 people. The space is a reefer container with planned furniture and gas heated shower. Panoramic view of the surroundings and the sea in the background. Perfect terrace for sunbathing. Very ventilated without the need for air-conditioning. The space has everything to cook. Dry and ventilated with temperature control by the windows. New furniture and planned for home office. We don't host smokers. We do not host pets. We do not offer sheets and towels.

The house is in Arroio Teixeira, And the house is very cozy, with comfortable beds, it is practical, clean, wonderful place to rest, do a reading in the shade... easy cleaning/conservation, close to the beach, (5/6 blocks) , you can go on foot, quiet and quiet place.
