Comfortable, new, cheerful and very well located apartment, 10 minutes (by car) from Playa La Audiencia, (15 minutes from other beaches), the place is private and very quiet with controlled access, with access to pool. Swimming hours are from Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 pm to 9:00pm (1200-9:00pm) For its location everything is super close, you have a kitchenette with microwave oven, coffee maker, air conditioning in a bedroom and the living room, either for short or long stays it will be a pleasure to attend to you.

If you come to Manzanillo for work and by car, this is an excellent option for your privacy, tranquility and progress on slopes. It has fast internet and desk; you can cook, bring food and store it in the fridge, there is water in a bottle. If you want to relax, you can watch TV on the Roku screen. No stairs, store next door, parking at the door with camera; connectors with USB input. The common factor in space is maps. The space is not adapted for children.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home and just 20 minutes from the beaches of Manzanillo and coastal Boulevard, 45 minutes from downtown Manzanillo; a few steps away you will find the Kiosko store and variety of locals. The house has two rooms with a double bed each and in the living room a sofa bed. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, it has a small patio, come and conócela!
