Holiday rentals with a patio in Teruel

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

I highly recommend this place. Very comfortable and cozy apartment. There's nothing missing and you can feel at home. A very large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean is worth noting.

We loved our stay. The apartment is nicely situated, with a good layout, and it had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. On top, Joaquin was an excellent host! Very friendly, helpful, and responsive. It really felt like he cared and wanted to make our vacation as comfortable as possible. We can easily recommend this spot for a trip to Benicàssim

We spent a weekend as a family and the truth is that we felt at home. The communication with Elisa was unbeatable. The house is as cute as the photos. The location is very good next to the promenade. I will repeat as soon as we have the opportunity. Thank you very much Elisa and Encarnacion

Francisco's apartment is impeccable. It has a very nice terrace, it is comfortable with everything you need for a good stay. The beach is very close, a couple of blocks away on foot. Communication with Francisco is super fast! Parking is on the street, we always find a place, although I imagine that in summer it's a different story. If you plan to cook, bring your basic condiments (salt, oil, etc.). Check-in is coordinated with a person who gives you the keys, who also responds quickly and is very kind. 100% recommended

We are delighted with the stay at Marcin's house. The area is amazing and the apartment has everything you need to spend some very good days there. On the other hand, Marcin was always attentive to what we needed, giving us an immediate response. A pleasure!!

We spent a few days with friends and felt right at home. The house was very clean and tidy, had plenty of kitchen utensils and an outside barbecue with option to make paella. Beds are very comfortable, and the terrace is spectacular. There are many paths to walk without traffic and a park for the children very close by. Thierry was attentive and available at all times. We went to have a great time and we had a great time, Jesus at all times was very attentive and showed us both how to get there and all the recommendations we could make. As for the house, we have been 15 and we have all fit no problem, a very spacious house and a spectacular terrace. We highly recommend it for a getaway and getting away with family or friends.

Everything is correct with the house, address , location , easy to get to, the host's instructions were correct, clean house and with everything you need, the only thing is that they told us that we could enter before check-in to leave suitcases as long as we gave notice, we gave notice to enter before and free the car to go to the supermarket but we never received a response if we could access or not, so we could not go through the supermarket since we were very loaded with the car. It's the only complaint, there wasn't much interest. Otherwise, everything is correct.

Very happy. The location was perfect, on the front line with ocean views, restaurants and two supermarkets. The area was very quiet and nice. The apartment was very collected, clean and tidy. An amazing apartment in front of the beach! There is a very large garden with an outdoor shower so you can bathe when you return from the beach and it is super comfortable! The apartment is on the beachfront so the visit is beautiful! Marga is a sweetheart! She welcomed us as family, with the fridge full of everything (beers, soft drinks, cava, mineral water, ham, cheese and more...) also fresh bread, Nespresso machine with original capsules! Marga is super attentive to any questions and responds very quickly. She also let us check out late. Marga is the best host you'll ever meet! The location is excellent, close to restaurants and a large supermarket. There is private parking! Everything 10/10! Thank you very much Marga and we'll be back soon:)
