Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

The house is located along a public road, but in its own peace, surrounded by forest. You can reach the destination, for example, by renting car from the city. Spacious living room (1 bed), cozy kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, toilet and wood-fired sauna with bathroom. Air source heat pump. Extra beds when ask.

Sopii sinulle, joka haluat tuntea olevasi osa luontoa ja tutustua paikalliseen elämään pienessä mökissä kaikkina vuodenaikoina. Huskysafareita talvella vain 5 minuutin päässä. Cozy room with bathroom, kitchenette and French balcony near city center. 140cm wide bed. Bed sheets, towels, and cooking utensils. TV. Microwave, washing machine. In a cellar there’s drying room. Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc. Holiday Home Lumimarja

Welcome to the middle of nature to enjoy the cozy atmosphere of a log cabin. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
