This is a beautiful studio on the garden level, combining charm and modernity. Its access is independent and is through the garden: a haven of calm and greenery ... just a few meters from shops and restaurants, in the residential area of El Menzah. There is a lovely bathroom with shower and also a large dressing room . The kitchenette is fully equipped: fridge-freezer , induction hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, dish kettle etc. There's also a flat-screen TV. ( bouquet of French and other channels) and free WiFi. Central heating and air conditioner . For your arrival a breakfast kit will be offered! The master bedroom has a king bed, clothes racks and computer table + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a large wardrobe. The whole house is quite bright and has a garden in the backyard. You only have to walk a few minutes to access the main Avenue where you will find supermarkets, taxi, cafe, restaurant, hairdresser, local market of fruits and vegetables and other shops. 3 metro lines just a 10 minute walk, one of which connects to the Medina which is the historical center of Tunis, as well as other points of interest.
