Sunny and cozy apartment in historic part of Tbilisi - Avlabar. House was built in 2015, apartment has beautiful view from balcony and is in walking distance from a lot of tourist sites and Georgian restaurants.
“Elena's place is perfect for a stay in Tbilisi. The location was great. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the metro station but it’s also very central. To be honest I️ rarely used public transportation because it was always convenient to just walk but when I️ needed to it was right there. There’s lots of restaurants and life around but in the flat itself it’s completely quiet”

“The apartment is amazing for relaxation and any other stay in it. Located on a hill, the apartment, actually on the 16th floor, has an amazing panoramic view of Tbilisi. I don’t want to leave this apartment at all. Near the metro Rustaveli, that is, next to the center itself. The only thing, in windy weather, a lot of sounds are heard due to a draft, but this did not affect the impression of the whole apartment.”
