The metro is 5 minutes away (line 4: Alfonso XIII) and there are also buses and direct access to the M30. If you need parking I can give you options because it´s a regulated parking area.

We offer an apartment with excellent connections to the center of Madrid, just a 5-minute walk from El Carmen metro station. It’s comfortable, functional, and fully equipped. We take care of every detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Reservations for tourism purposes are not allowed. The stay must be for work, academic, medical, family care, or other non-touristic reasons. Before arrival, it will be necessary to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the stay.
